I ended up going down to the service desk and asking for a room change, he was very kind and apologetic, and moved me to the other side of the hotel. This room was quiet and I had no more issues from noise. I was also given 2 free breakfast vouchers as an apology which was unexpected and kind. Overall I was happy with my stay, but would have preferred something a little more convenient and closer to the centre of bangkok.
The location also not bad.
1’bad service . They evenly do not have slippers in room . After I asked them again and again , they provide one pair of. While it is very thin , and it is a little bit slippery. I wish I do bring my own slippers after having showers.
2. The house keeping is not good , there is some mold sign , I means the real mold on the door . Mold it could cause a lot of consequences for health. Hope they could fix it and clean them completely. Oh God.
3’ the infrastructure is tooo old . They could not keep a very quiet environment. I can hear clearly the people walking in the corridor。 And in early morning , it is heard people nearly started to have showers. Actually I did slept 3-4 hours totally .
4’ place is far away from main subway station. If you are traveling solely or with family members . I did not recommend you to try this hotel again , as transportation fee would be very expensive every day
Overall , negative impression after staying there !
