Beautiful photos, recognized hotel brand, great price. This hotel looked ideal online but you will be better off finding a smaller hotel at the same price point.
This hotel is poorly maintained. Elevators are so slow, that in once instance after a 10 minute wait in line a staff escorted us to the back of house to use a service lift.
Then the broken/damaged appliances. Including a landline phone (which I had to use to call front desk for help) had static throughout the call, there was also a broken kettle and a closet door that didn’t close properly meant the closet light was in your eyes all night long.
Air conditioner filter clearly showed that it had not been cleaned for months and a well worn bed that tilted to one side made you feel you were sleeping on a slope ready to roll down at any minute. Their idea of a king size bed is putting two beds placed together as one — good luck if you sleep in the middle of the bed.
Then there is the bathroom with black mold on the ceiling and grout. We spent as little time as possible in there.
There was also a lizard that was in the hallway for our entire trip, even though we asked the front desk and housekeeping to remove it on several occasions.
I can’t leave out the dreaded traffic jams in front of the hotel that made the last 5km take longer than our trip from the airport.
Conclusion: look elsewhere
The gym is really impressive and there is even a large studio room next door. The pool is nice too. Pretty small but most city hotels only have a little pool but it was nice and warm too.
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The view from the bedroom was fantastic!

The location was perfect – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service.

Service was good from the start. Helped with my luggage. Housekeeping missed topping up the sugars in the room, but other that all was tip top.

We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed with snacks, a nice gesture to start our stay. However, we missed out on the cocktail menu and lounge experience on the first day due to our schedule. The next morning, the breakfast served in the Executive Lounge was disappointing, with limited options that didn’t impress. Despite requesting Indian breakfast, we were informed that such options weren’t available, which was a letdown.
The snacks offered throughout the day in the lounge lacked variety, making the overall food experience quite underwhelming. However, the cocktail menu on the second evening was enjoyable, with well-prepared drinks that added a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, the breakfast on the final morning repeated the same limited choices, with no improvement in variety or quality.
While the room itself was luxurious and comfortable, the food quality and service in the Executive Lounge left much to be desired. For a 5-star property, the experience didn’t feel premium enough, especially given the price point. It was an okay stay overall, but not one we would eagerly repeat.
