We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. I informed them that we will celebrate our birthday there and the staffs surprised my wife with a cake and room decorations which we found that is super cute and considerate. The staffs are super nice and helpful with smile on their face at all time. Great stay!!

Everything is very good with the view overlooking the city. Hilton Thai Lan's room is much larger than other countries. Right in the center, there is a lot of delicious and famous food outside. I'll be back but one thing I think should be noted is that the hotel should clean the glass (in the room and the pool) it doesn't look bright and is a bit dirty due to dust.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was tidy and service staff were polite. Breakfast was definitely above average, though it could have more local offerings. Very pleasant stay and looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed here for a couple of months and was really impressed with the level of service, friendliness of all the staff, and quality of my stay. The restaurant for breakfast is outstanding, the Hilton members lounge is great in the afternoons, and the restaurant on ground and pop up bar outside are excellent. I only wish there were more customers in the restaurant on ground. If you're looking for somewhere affordable with impeccable service - this is your best shot.

Please do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS HOTEL. This is the worst hotel experience I ever encountered (and mind you I’m a diamond member here).
Firstly, as mentioned in numerous reviews here, the LADY at the concierge has TERRIBLE service. Also, she didn’t even tell us about basic hotel information such as check out and facilities timing until we had to ask and check.
The room is good but needs maintenance (mouldy toilet walls, shower head leaking and spoil dust bins; can’t be open). Honestly after the terrible check in experience I can’t be bothered to request for a change or to ask them for rectification.
The only good thing is the location: near BTS and malls. And other hotel staff except the concierge are friendly.
Overall absolutely terrible experience. This is only worth a 3 star hotel service and being a hilton diamond member means nothing to them.

We stayed three nights in an executive room. The whole stay indeed was flawless. We enjoyed very much the executive lounge and canapés as well as the thoroughly tidy and clean room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would always come back.

My favorite Hilton location in Bangkok! The staff is very kind and there are good options for the breakfast buffet, also vegan. The executive lounge is nice with afternoon tea and snacks. Pool with beautiful views over the city. The location is close to shopping centers and nice massage spa’s. There are some vegan restaurants nearby and a cat park just outside the hotel!

This was a great hotel for our family. We got a family room and the staff were incredible. It was very clean and my kids looked forward to coming back each day because they would tuck their stuffed animals into bed. It was so cute. TK at the door was the BEST!! The food was pretty good, the breakfast selection was great as well. We ate at the restaurants and also the pool bar a few times, all great. It is so close to everything and very easy to find. The mall and a 7/11 are right around the corner.

We had a great stay at this Hilton. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. There is a transit station a block away which is very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Bank for his warm hospitality.
