The room didn't soundproof, you can hear everyone talking from the lobby.
Never had to worry about the traffic, BTS excess able!
I experienced a smoking smell coming from the air conditioner in a non smoking room. I understand this was likely caused by a guest smoking illegally. After I reported it, the staff immediately offered to change my room and even assisted with food and parcel deliveries.
Besides the prime location—just a 3 minute walk from the BTS. What made me choose this hotel was the exceptional service from the staff.
However, I would like to point out one incident. I once ordered a soft drink via room service and was served by a young female staff member from the F&B. I politely asked if I could change the payment method from cash to QR code, but she declined and gave me an unexpected expression.
It had been a long business day, and the price I paid was not just for the drink but for the comfort and service I expected after a tiring day.
I wish she can adjust her attitude toward Thai customers. This hotel will def become more popular among locals not only foreign tourists.
Lastly, I’d like to highlight how much I appreciated the housekeeper. She always placed the towel on the bed exactly how I did after she made the bed daily.
