The room is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient. The parking lot is limited but the staff is very kind and helpful to find the spot.
Breakfast is served with right portion and good taste.

The location is not very close to the BTS; it's about an 800-meter walk to Ari Station (on the light green line). The room was smaller than I expected, and the bathroom is quite compact—approximately 1.5 by 3 meters—with only a toilet and a shower, and no partition between the two.
However, the hotel has a lovely and romantic atmosphere, with two bars—one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. If you're on a budget and looking for a hotel within walking distance of the BTS, Josh Hotel is a solid option, featuring friendly staff and a beautiful swimming pool.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Bangkok. The service was exceptional and receptionists were extremely helpful and offered to bring my delivery to my room when I hurt my knee. Highly recommend this for the world class service and good location!

Everything was good, can communicate w english, worth to stay. Love everything. We drink their OJ, Choc ice & the coffees was so yummy and delicious. Come on, lets stay here. The walking distance to the nearest BTS station is tolerable//. Peace!

The bed is so hard, the pillow is too thin. Not comfortable at all. Not to mention I upgraded to King Bed and still the bed is equivalent to queen size only. They said the room come with balcony=

The breakfast- its a set, not a breakfast buffet. I feel cheated when i booked via Agoda they didnt mention this is a set breakfast and it is the saddest breakfast ever with box orang juice. Room is small, tv is not working. And it is not that near to Ari BTS Station, you will have to walk through like 5 alleys. Not gonna work if you have luggages

Clean affordable hotel, basic rooms NO safety deposit box, I think you should have them in every room.
However it’s nice and clean small rooms but good for a city break and affordable.
Coffee is good and the pool area is nice.

The corner room is too small. There is no proper table to work. The towels smell funny.
