In Bangkok for 2 days, we found this hotel with it’s amazing location.
The place did not disappoint the staff is very attentive to details.
The room is very cozy and the breakfast in the building across the hotel is actually amazing.
A special thank you to the whole team and especially to Kwan and Nu for taking care of us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the K Maison. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

It's been awhile since I came to Bangkok! I managed to book K Maison for my trip.
The location is great, about 10 mins walk to the train station that comes directly from the airport. 7-11 and supermarket are 1 min walk from the hotel. It's inside of a busy street surrounded by a drinking and eating place.
Even though the hotel is located in an alley, it feels safe.
The room is normal size but it has everything. From place to put luggage till desk and even hanger to hang your clothes. The AC works well especially for a hot place like Bangkok. The toilet and shower works perfectly.
The staffs are very polite and well conversed in English. They listen and will attend to all your needs.
And regards to the comment about the lift/elevator, it's working well. No issue.
I will highly recommend it as the hotel fits well with the pricing!

Beautiful boutique hotel—clean with pretty decor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was pretty and small. It could have used more outlets. Comfy beds. Highly recommended

My stay at K Maison was a delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. Despite a language barrier with the taxi driver, they patiently helped me communicate and get picked up at the hotel.
The location was fantastic - close to the downtown area and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. My room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing.
But the true highlight was the breakfast. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious and varied spread, exceeding my expectations. The quality of the food and the attentive service truly made it a highlight of my stay.

Except you want waste your money only， never choose it. Room is small， dirty and noisy. No remote for old air condition. No elevator. Holes in your pillows. And only one useful place for you to plug in and charge your devices. When we arrived， we tried to upgrade the room， and they said 500 THB more for a similar room per night. Then we ask for suite，there is only one suite in the hotel. They said the suite will only available in second day and we should pay 1000 THB more per night and we can decide after we check the suite in next morning. Then， we decided to upgrade directly and tried to pay at front desk. However， they said the 1000THB was wrong price， we should pay 2000 THB more. They said original price for suite is 5000 THB， which is more expensive than the suite in 5 star hotel such as hilton， ramada and sheraton. Service attitude is great.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Wonderful interior and exterior. Very zen, Japanese-style from decors to furniture. Staff is an icing of the cake. Very gentle, hospitable and accommodating. Tommy is a wonderful and chiq staff. Hope to see you again.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we went back home. The room was great! Probably the only place in Thailand that we stayed where you get conditioner! You also have English tv which is nice if you need something for 20 minutes before bed. The breakfast is at their boutique restaurant across the street and is overpriced. We instead just at a stall in the street and it was delicious! There are many 7-11's around too.

Design and room size is good enough for 2. But the stairs to level 4, tiring after a shopping day. Price is about high for this room and location

Good service, convenient location to metro 550m. The small rooms. In our not Cabinet. In my opinion, the price is still too high. Was a good hotel nearby, cheaper.
