DO NOT STAY HERE
Reception said we didn’t pay but we did, then tried to force us to pay again and their payment machine couldn’t even take a payment. Meanwhile our 2 year old daughter is screaming because she needs to rest. I was forced to go in the pouring rain and getting absolutely soaked to look for an ATM. No luck. Came back, then she finally gives us a key to a room where we find the whole floor smells really weird, the bathroom was super dirty and moldy, and the tub was so full of rust that we couldn’t even shower in it.

Taped together old air conditioner.
Room smells bad too,
Just yuck!
WiFi sucks, slow, cuts out
Only 1 elevator working, closes violently
Is been all around the world and this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Ok, so the room had old furniture, run-down bathroom and no hair-dryer. I can live with that for 700 THB a night. I confirm I had no cockroaches, ants, mosquitos or any other insects or arachnids in my room (1107). The main downside was the weak wifi signal, so had to use my unlimited mobile data instead. Other than that cannot complain. The staff were helpful and the service was very good. Not to mention a great location with IconSiam just around the corner (the main reason why I chose this place). Overall it was good for the price.

The price was good we paid 700 baht per night , but overall it's an old building and our room had many cockroaches , AC was not cool enough.

advantages: location, friendly staff, 2 elevators, no long wait, good view, bath, refrigerator, good cleaning and amenities.
disadvantages: no discount for long stay, although other hotels have it, dirty carpet in all rooms, there are cockroaches and ants, moths, there is no kitchen area where you can cook, there used to be breakfasts, the air conditioner does not work well, high audibility from the corridor, bad english

For the price paid the service quality is not upto the mark. Rooms should be better. The only positive point is its location with bts nearby. Other better alternatives are available for sure

Good budget hotel in the neighborhood
Close to BTS and river, so it's easy to get to other tourist atractions as well as shopping centers
Rooms are quite large and nice view to the city if you choose a high floor room. You may change the room if u dont like the view of the other side.

As budget hotel it is okay, around 1700 BD Taka/ 700 THB per night. 400 m away from BTS (Sky train circuit) station , Krung thong buri. 700 m away from Chao phrya express boat service (sathorn pier). 400 m away from 7 eleven (24/7 departmental store), at downstairs a local departmental shop. Taxis available in front of hotel. Reverse osmosis water point (1 THB = 1 litter ) just within 100 m. After coming out from hotel at left side opposite of the road. Bus stop within 200 m.
Rooms are equipped with a TV (CRT), safety lock, AC, bathtub, locker, bed, sofa , dressing table. No extra bed facilities. Room cleaning everyday. Coffee and tea with two water bottle are available for everyday. Nice City view from higher floor.
Breakfast is little boring.same menu for every day. For muslim bread,butter, vegetables, egg pouch, cheese and coffee are aval.
Coin launched washing facilities at downstairs.
Almost 24/7 reception is available. English speaking person is not available always.

Room outside of the quiet. BTS, is this the problem. Old type of hotel, room is spacious, with bathtub, hot water and plenty of out of comfortable. Refrigerator naturally, kettle, coffee and tea, and at this price⁉ . Then, every day room cleaning, and access management.

Old dilapidated room, bathroom with a biting odor and mold in all joints....Better a few Euro more to invest....
