Klean Residence Hotel

Located in a residential area near the BTS (Wongwian Yai station). We stayed one night and found our stay to be reasonably enjoyable but though that the rooms are bit too compact for 2 people. There is almost no room on either side of the queen sized bed, and despite having power outlets on both sides of the bed, there is no nightstand or wall mounted shelf to put down a phone for overnight charging. You'll have to crawl out of bed and place it on the small desk above the fridge.
The bed was a bit on the firm side, even for Thai standards – but by no means the hardest bed we've encountered.
Highlights of this hotel are the location, very quiet at night, elevator and 7 covered parking spots. We stayed on a Friday night and there was still at least one available spot at 9pm. But if you need parking you may want to arrive early and take the BTS into town.
There's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, and if you like to try something new for dinner we highly recommend "T Aeint Restaurant (ทีเอ็กท์ร้านอาหารเมียร์มาร์)" which serves some very good Burmese and Thai food, it's just a few minutes walk from the hotel towards the BTS station.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience. The staff was friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room service was prompt and efficient. Convenience is a big plus, with a 7-Eleven just across the lane and various food stalls nearby. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Wongwian Yai BTS station makes it easily accessible. Overall, a comfortable and well-located choice for travelers.

Stayed for two weeks with my sister :) Area is quiet and safe even late at night. There's a big 7/11 in front of the hotel and the lift to the BTS station is just around the corner. We would often walk to ICONSIAM from the hotel. There's a microwave at the dining area that guests can use. The nice front desk ladies are always eager to help. The beds are very firm, might be a hit or miss for some people.

Stayed for 1mo. Room is clean, house cleaning 3 times a week. Love the location as it is abt 3mis walk to bts, 7-11 is in front of it, several nice local Thai food eatery at reasonable price. Recommend for value travel, away fr the noise of city center.

The location super convenience, only 5 minutes to BTS, the room not big but tidy, clean and the view not bad.
Staffs are ok but the first day i checked in they forgot put toilet paper for me,😕
Hotel don’t have scale, so if you go by airplane, should consider about luggages☺️

Stayed 1 week here at Klean and it was well priced for what you get. Very close to a BTS station and a 7 eleven right across the street. Room was large and clean and aircon works well. Overall a pleasant experience.

Only needed to stay one night would stay longer if needed. Place clean but rooms on small side, but only need to sleep there so adequate. Aircon nice and cold, friendly staff and cheap only 700tb per night.
Great location right on the bts sky train, Wongwien Yai station.
Has a 24/7 7 eleven right at front door and many street vendors in same street/soi.
Would recommend to those that don't need all the trimmings. Parking is minimal but we managed to get a park ok.

Don’t have many photos but this hotel is unexpected. One of very good hotels, we booked this hotel through Agoda with 600 thb/night. Near bts Wongwianyai 200 meters, there is a 7-11 in front of the hotel and surrounded by street food. However, one thing that was annoying me is the dogs near by the hotel, always barking in the morning around 8-9 am, sometimes I just wanna sleep in but nothing I can do 😂
