Let me explain something to the manager of this hotel who still doesn’t seem to understand how much of a problem she is and tries to blame paying customers of the hotel.
When a customer asks you a question and you ignore that question 5 times or more then yes the customer is likely to lose their temper and react in a bad way. So yes hitting my hand against the counter and the elevator was in response to being ignored. And it was a justified reaction.
If I am breaking Thai laws in any way then you can call the police. Otherwise you have to take responsibility for the fact that if you treat customers in a bad way then they will react in a bad way. That is your problem, not mine!

We checked in at almost 2am, the guy didn’t speak any English at all and seemed very confused on what to do so it took longer than it should have had to. AND AT 9am HIM AND ANOTHER LADY WOKE US UP, AGAIN NONE SPEAKING ENGLISH, they wanted the bill they gave to us at check in.. not sure why it was so urgent that the needed to wake us up!!, 5min after they knocked again! We didn’t open the door..
Room was fine in general but dirty, spider webs in the corners.. the sink had marks from the bar soap from last person who slept there which means they didn’t even wiped it, probably same with the rest of toilet for what it seemed.
Fridge was dirty too, not switch on, with some small bug running inside too..
I would not recommend this place at all, specially if you want to be able to sleep!

Hotel located in shady area, but not far from busy market. When we arrived, we noted some bugs in our room - however, hotel offered us another room. Personnel was not speaking English and we needed some help from our Thai friend in order to communicate. There was 500 bht deposit required in order to get room. The final room we got was clean, comfortable and silent, with no signs of bugs.

Location is very good if you want to enjoy the big market of huay Khwang but it's of difficult access in a small soi. The rooms are big divided in living room and bedroom, all facilities ( fridge, TV, amenities,A/C and also 2 balconies) .

The place is convenient to travel and clean, but there is a little parking space.

The building is not clean, parking is low and not very organized. When collecting common property values Should be improved for the waste Common property such as swimming pool, car park, there should be a caretaker to organize the parking or line parking in the channel and the corridor should be clean at all times.

Friendly staff, great price, great street food, close to metro, lovely room and daughter loves being close to swimming pool.
