For the ones looking for community concept base hotel this is the place.
It's clean and with affordable price. Ambient is good and privacy.
Room is cozy and quiet even on 2 floor with lots of noise activities on streets.
There is lots of FB and bar at every corner.
Overall I would like to choose here again on my future revisit.

We had a great stay here! Super convenient because the hotel is just a 2 minute walk to the BTS station, plus 7-11 store is right in front of the hotel. Will definitely come back next time!

4 stars for the service. The staff (front desk and cleaning crew) are sooooo nice, warm and attentive. The person referring to the Lyf guards as jail guards… there was zero vibe like that here. Now on to the rooms and the hotel itself. I thought this hotel would be similar to Sojo Hotels, but no. The cleanliness was great. However, these rooms are tiny. I was barely comfortable as a solo traveler, I don’t know how couples are getting by. The walls are incredibly thin. I heard people being intimate and you can hear people hocking mucus in the shower. Pretty gross. Def not family friendly. This place is perfect for backpackers, or those who won’t need to be in their room for very long. As others have stated, there are no TVs in the rooms. But I don’t watch TV so that was fine with me. No issues with the WIFI. I do feel that the laundry should’ve been free. I’ve been to different hotels that offered laundry and this is the first time I’ve been charged. Also, I’m not a fan of co-living spaces in general. I don’t believe they should exist. I understand the concept, but co-living spaces are pretty much you’re getting something for less. (Look at all this stuff we provide for you for tiny accommodations). I say this as a millennial from the US. I should’ve paid more attention to it being that type of space prior to booking. But I just really needed to do laundry. The location is perfect for getting to the metro. However, you should book your grab at least 10 to 15 mins before you need to leave just in case. The traffic can get bad, but you’re in the city. What do you expect? All in all I did have a nice stay. The staff truly is amazing. But it just wasn’t my cup of tea. I’d stay again maybe for a night or two. Def not a week.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with many bars, so I made sure to request a quiet room. The interior is beautifully designed, featuring unique decor, including a tuk-tuk and a spacious common kitchen. Each floor has its own distinct style. The rooms are clean, though on the smaller side.

However, I was placed in a room with a drainage pipe running behind the wall, and when it rained at night, the noise from the water was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep. Another downside was the pillows, which were very hard and uncomfortable.

Despite these issues, the room was well-equipped with all the essentials. I stayed for two days and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall and only a minute away from the metro. It’s a great place to stay for a couple of days.

Great location! Just a few minutes' walk from Nana BTS Station and with a 7-Eleven right across the street.

The room was smaller than expected but impeccably clean. The shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water, and the A/C kept us cool. However, the door for the toilet and shower is a shared sliding door so when the shower is being used, the toilet area will be open and there’s no privacy. Something travellers should consider.

The friendly staff were always helpful.
The in-house laundry facilities with detergent (available for a small fee) were a lifesaver. While there wasn't a fridge in the room, a water dispenser on each floor provided easy access to chilled water.

Overall, a good stay and value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice concept, friendly staff, super affordable price, comfortable rooms and very functional and chill shared spaces. They also have a private space to work if you need a bit more privacy. It is also very conveniently located near Nana BTS station and plenty of restaurants and entertainment (Terminal 21 mall and sukhumvit soi 11). I would definitely stay here again!
