Overall it's a good hotel for the price. just make sure you pick rooms that are closer to the elevators because it's peaceful and quiet at night. Some rooms are closer to the main road, so you would have trouble sleeping at night due to loud noise coming from the streets. this hotel is designed in such a way that it's elongated from the main road and it's stretches 500m back into the alley. but the rooms are nice and clean though. this hotel is often fully booked because of the tour buses tourists staying here.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL
All the staff is rude, unpolite, unproffesional, receptionist will not even try to speak english to me, i am the room holder i mean i am the one who book the hotel its under my name and im the one who paid for it i stay with my girl friend shes thai. Im trying to ask some inquiries they dont smile at all when werr trying to check in, when i try to talk and ask questions about amenities they act like they dont speak english even basic i find it rude why coz what if i dont have my local friend with me. They dont smile like they working that they dont want to work. We check in but theres no toiletries at all no slippers. And imagine water only once water a day. They are all rude and unwelcoming the house keeping is so loud, first day they are cleaning the other room but we can hear there voice they are so loud. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ALL OF THE TOURIST THAT U BETTER BOOK TO AIRBNB COZ ITS WAY BETTER THAN STAYING ON THESE PROPERTY. I STAY ON THIS HOTEL AT FRST DAY I WANT TO MOVE TO OTHER PROPERTY BUT I CANT CANCEL COZ I BOOKED 4 DAYS AND I PAID ALREADY, AND AFTER USE THE FOUR DAYS WE BOOK AROOM IN AIRBNB AND ITS WAY MORE BETTER THAN THE SERVICE ON THESES HOTEL. MANDARIN HOTEL IS VERY POOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND UNWELCOMING TO THE FOREIGNERS

This is a good hotel in Bangkok, Capital city of Thailand. The staff was friendly, the security was so friendly he knows we from Vietnam. He try to speak Vietnamese and make everyone laugh. The location of the hotel was very hard to find.

Mosquitoes in rooms - Apparently it’s a
common / known issue and their response is to bug spray guests before they go to sleep.
Would seriously reconsider staying here or remove it as an option altogether.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Overall it was ok for the price. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning. The food was not bad, some main dishes changed, open from 6-10am. About the staff, the security guard and the doorman were very nice, friendly and helpful.
The things I didn't like were that the hotel was quite far from the center, the room was not cleaned and did not provide enough amenities such as an iron, it felt like just a temporary stopover to sleep, not really comfortable.

We highly recommend the Madison Bangkok. The rooms are spacious, very very comfortable, large beds. Our 19 year old son slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable too. The bathroom is modern and large. The staff are so lovely too.
We love the area of Bangkok that the Madison is in. Mostly locals live in this area so the street food is amazing and cheap. There is a water bus just behind the Madison that takes you (incredibly cheaply) into the centre of Bangkok where the large malls are.

For us This Hotel is Great, the room is very clean and tidy, so spacious and very comfortable. It has good hotel-standard facilities. Other than amenities and tv cable channel we found this hotel is a very nice place to stay for me and my family. Also it has a 24-hour convenience store in case we need anything in the middle of the night, so helpful.

We booked the hotel about one week agofrom booking.com. We didn’t receive any information of the hotel is currently closed until we arrived. Obviously no one there. Even though there is some lighting inside, but no one answered our call. the door is even locked by chain.
I know it’s a tough time for running a hotel during COVID-19. It’s very normal for the owner decide to suspend the business during the time. But please be responsible and remove all the booking options (including the non-refundable one) from all the online agency of lodging reservations!!

It's a new hotel in Bangkok. Big room and comfy. Variety menu and taste good enough. There's a little mart at the first floor. But don't expect too much for the amenities, they don't give tooth brush, tooth paste, slipper.
