Maitria Mode Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok - A Chatrium Collection

The room we stayed in was very spacious with a big bathroom. The interior was very modern, everything was very clean the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a big variety and was very delicious. The location was in the Sukhumvit area. The hotel offered a free tuktuk to the nearest train station. We however did not used the service. By foot we walked to the station about 10 min. Staff was very friendly and welcoming too.
All in all a great experience we would come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maitria Mode Hotel, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent choice for accommodations. When you're far from home, comfort and convenience are key, and this hotel delivers on both fronts.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary Tuk Tuk transport service, which was a delightful perk! Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring I started each day on a high note.

What truly made my experience special was the kindness of Ryan. His exceptional professionalism and willingness to assist guests made me feel right at home, even when I was thousand miles away. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for guests embody the true spirit of Thai hospitality. I am truly grateful for his support and hope to see him as the Service Manager on my next visit.

Without a doubt, I will return to Maitria Mode Hotel on my future trips to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The staff were so friendly and they made our stay very special.
The location was very good however, with Bangkok traffic, it can take around 20-30 minutes to get to places.

Really great hotel to discover Bangkok! Rooms are spacious and clean, facilities are good and staff super friendly. They have a great tuktuk service to drop you off at some spots nearby. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Terminal 21, and offers convenient amenities including breakfast, a gym, and a pool. I’m giving this hotel five stars, particularly because they went above and beyond by graciously storing my suitcases for two weeks while I backpacked around Southeast Asia. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Maitria, Sukhumvit 15. It didn’t feel like quarantine at all. The room was big enough to move around and I could work as in an office. The staff were friendly, service was great & food was amazing from a wide selection. Overall the management was flexible to my requirements and I give a 5 star!

Awesome Hotel. Much better than what we're used to in the US or Europe. Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms were super clean. Free shuttle service to the nearest BTS station. Airport transfer worked flawlessly. WiFi was fast. Hotel rooftop pool was very nice, and so was the food.

Great hotel with awesome customer service all around. Rooftop pool with bar and food service. The beds are quite comfortable and the suites have great bathrooms with rain shower heads. Also, they provide a free shuttle to the local nightlife and the aboveground train.
