I love the location of the hotel. Staff is friendly, pool is fantastic and so clean. The rooms are not big but airco was working very well. Bathroom is typical Thai style but with nice hot shower. When you go buy a painting from the Golden Elizabeth.

The fantastic Amryta in the restaurant is always smiling .
She is so friendly and helpful.
The beds are comfortable.
The rooms are clean .
And what a lovely swimming pool.
I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Bangkok.

Staff were super friendly. Location was great. Lots of good food nearby. Room was simple, clean. Exactly what we needed. Pool was very relaxing.

Not expensive but this definitely affects the quality. The room had a weird smell upon arrival, and to get housekeeping while staying you had to inform the reception before 2PM. Besides that, the waterpressure of the shower is very weak.
The pool doesn’t feel clean at all, gives an oily feel to your skin after swimming.
Location is definitely a good spot, not too crowded but walking distance to many places such as Khaosan road.

I was staying in this hotel 1 year ago and was so impressed with service and location. Actually all good reviews which you can find are from that time. This year it seems like much less clients in low season. Despite that fact I’ve got very bad service here. Also all night I hear how my neighbour vomited in the toilet. And it’s no sound protection between rooms here.
But next day I’ve got even more bad situation with reception.
I booked more expensive room on Booking .com with included fast so-go, early check in and late check out. However as I released on next day , nobody knows from stuff that they have room with this options included and they took my deposit (500 bath).
I showed my reservation in booking.con where wrote that these option are included . But it wasn’t help.
Don’t recommend this place anymore. Will stay in more decent place next time

Woman working (or better say not working) in restaurant doesn't take care of customers at all. I went there with baby and my wife and we have to left of there, after 15 minutes she ignoring us I have to ask her for menu, she left right away saying nothing and staring around. We we're only customers there and I understand why - disaster, person like this should not come to contact with customers for sure

Great hotel . Not the Ritz but for the money it's impossible to fault.
Decent size room . Very clean . Comfy bed. Super friendly staff . Really good breakfast available for sensible price .
Perfect location for the cheap busses to and from the airport or pretty much anywhere around Bangkok.
2 mins walk to khaosan road but a really quiet area so you can sleep at night.
My new favourite hotel in Bangkok 👍

Fantastic place. Exceeded expectations. We were looking for comfortable family room, clean with pool in a good area. This ticked all those boxes and more. Amazingly friendly and attentive staff even brought up food to us when our son had fallen asleep early. Quiet location near everything. Food was good and chef was so lovely. Pool was pretty with lots flowers. Price amazing for what you are getting. We feel lucky to have found it. If we hadn't already have made plans today, we would have stayed longer. Will be back,thank you!
