You can't sleep before 3 am due to the huge sound of outside bars. The mattress of the bed is very soft and causes me back pain. The location is great very near to the metro rail and nana Plaza. Room service and front desk service is excellent.

I booked a room without the window, because only that was still available. Stay away from it at all cost!! Does not match the photo on booking. The room was not properly cleaned. Air-conditioning does not work well and is also loud. There is a lot of mold present in the room, very musty smell..

My friend stay here so can not comment about much. Great furry staff, very handsome, very demure. The location is near 7/11 and bts Nana, convenient for exploring. But this place in red light districts so it can be uncomfortable for some.

I was there for 4 nights I must say friendly staff. The Rooms are good little old the Air Con was great the bed was comfortable lots of room to get around. The shower was ok not very strong but ok it was doable. The little refrigerator was very cold. The TV was a little old. Had some lines going through it. There’s something wrong with the TV. The elevator is small goes up to the fourth floor. If you get a room on the fifth floor you have to walk up a flight of stairs. No buffet and breakfast great patio to sit outside. Beers are only 80 baht. Very good location to walk to soi cowboy or Nana Plaza terminal 21. Everything‘s pretty close.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located in a small street lined with bars & more particularly girly bars. The hotel has been renovated so it looks quite nice. The room was good but the lighting was very dark. My dad has stayed here before and only paid 1000 baht. We asked about this and they said they could offer us a room for that price but with no window. It's probably worth it as the window we had was small and looked out to a back lot of a building. The bathroom smelt a bit but the shower is quite large. Shampoo & soap is provided. The wifi was infuriating. Breakfast was average. I chose a meal consisting of toast, ham, eggs, sausages, baked beans, bacon & coffee but didn't get the bacon nor baked beans. I'm not sure if you have to explicitly say you want the everything but that's not made clear. The area is great though. The train station is short walking distance and the streets are lined with stalls of shopping and food. If you continue walking down the street into town you go by shrines and two large and quite nice shopping centres. I would stay in the area again but most likely look around for a cheaper hotel with the same facilities.

Only because it is at a good location next to a bj bar, it is very overpriced for a building that is so old and run down. The staff at the restaurant are rude and talk behind your back in thai while u eat which makes you very uncomfortable. Alot of other thais do the same assuming u don't understand thai language, but i understand some thai and they mostly certainly are not saying good stuff about you. And i do tip very generously wherever i go.

Very short distance to nana sky train, aussie bar on this street, " soi 7/1 "also Dr BJ's and others, good for blokes watch out for the tranny's!

If you are staying in Bangkok on a budget I can't recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the shower is hot which is always a bonus. The staff are very friendly and will help you with everything including booking travel and tours. We used to stay in another hotel similar to this every time we came to Bangkok until it was closed down for redevelopment. Maxims Inn will now be our home whenever we visit Bangkok.
