The hotel is a four star (old) hotel.rooms are very big, clean, location is far from all amenities and you need to find transportation for the same or if you want to go to nana or ashok you need to get boat service which is 10 to 15 minutes walk away( the best option).
The price ratio is very good, the check in and check out process is also not bad.and everything shows as they shown in the picture.
I may return to the hotel if I travel alone..

Nice & cosy hotel but not recommended if you are in Bangkok for a concert at Rajamangala Stadium. They dont have iron & ironing board so you have to bring your own. Overall not bad. Thank you.

Room 7709 is perfect with balcony.Big and quiet. Hotel is close to Bancapi mall(45 baht taxi), walking distance to MRT yellow line and river boat pier to Asok. I stay 1 week here and will come back later.

Room price is within the reach. Staffs are friendly & cooperative. Location is good, only 100 yeards from the metro station. Authentic thai foods are available at the restaurant on first floor adjacent to entrance. You can call from your room to the restaurant by 1200 for room service breakfast or lunch or dinner. Foods price are also reasonable.

Metro point hotel is a testament to prove the fact that it is not so much the quality of a hotel that makes a good stay, but rather the service.
The rooms are spacious, simple and have a good view. There is room for improvement in the bathrooms and AC units, but everything else is good.
However, the service is outstanding. Staff are welcoming, helpful, accommodating and overall pleasant to deal with every single day.

When I check-in in my room there were no white towels for a face. Only a beige one laying above the toilet cover. The stuff simply forgot to put the white towels. I had to wait until 1pm to check-in. You may have to wait even longer as an official check-in hour is 2pm. There was no welcoming present provided to me though there was one mentioned in the description of the reservation. The street where the hotel is located is too narrow. It's too dangerous to walk there on foot as no pavement in most parts of it. There wasn't any cleaning done in between 2 days of my stay, even no new water bottle. The hotel looks rather old. The view from 7th floor was nice though.
