Wonderful hotel amidst the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok. Efficient check in and check out and a warm welcome by all staff.
Superb Infinity pool on the 4th floor and an absolutely top notch gym on the same floor.
31st floor rooftop bar offers spectacular views over Bangkok and in the height of the heat some moving air!
Would have gone all out 5/5/5 on the rating but a bit disappointed having requested (and paid more for) a room with a river view…seems that every room offers a river view and where we were 1728 could not have been physically further from the river!
Food and beverages across all venues in the hotel were really first class- best hotel breakfast anywhere!!

I would like to share some concerns regarding my recent stay:
The wood access card was consistently faulty and did not work properly when trying to use the lift or access room doors. I’ve observed that other guests encountered the same issue.
I was not satisfied with the service at the checkout counter on 23 November 2024. I had clearly requested separate receipts for the room stay and laundry/pressing, but the receipt I received contained a mix-up, including charges for the room and breakfast in the laundry/pressing receipt. Despite following up through email and WhatsApp, my request was not fulfilled. This was an unusual experience for me, as I have never encountered such issues with other hotels.
The hotel was overcrowded with tourists, making it less ideal for a business trip. For future business stays, I would recommend looking into quieter alternatives.

This was my second time at the Millennium and it once again proved to no an excellent stay. There is no pool in Bangkok in my experience that can compete with the one here, with majestic views of the river.
Breakfast selection was extremely generous and among the best I have experienced. Room was spacious and well-appointed, and the entire staff helpful and generous with their time as we sought advice on what to visit.
The mall nearby (less than 5 minutes) is great with a very wide selection of Japanese restaurants and food stalls, and there are countless spas in the immediate vicinity. The regular boat service to the other side of the river is also perfect when wishing to explore the city.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and always happy to help - this was the stand out for me couldn’t ask for a better team 100% of the people we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Food was good and the kids loved breakfast. We were on the 29 floor and had a great view of the river. The location was fine even though on the other side but had no problem with taxis etc (download grab). The only improvement i’d make is GET SOME HOOKS 🪝 not one please to hand anything towels, dressing down, long dresses, wet trunks etc. Bangkok was amazing, better than we expected and what made it was the people truly brilliant! Thanks Hilton and thanks Bangkok! x

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. The staff was amazing-so friendly and helpful. Our room on the tenth floor was quiet and comfortable. We had a great view of the river. The pool was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the river and city. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour at the pool. We ate breakfast in The Lantern coffee shop one day where they had a nice selection of pastries. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant twice because it was convenient, had a great view of the river and the food was delicious. Our server, New Koi, was very pleasant and provided great service both times. We also received a discount when dining at the hotel.
The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is steps away from the Icon Siam Mall, the largest mall I've ever been to. It has world class shopping, many restaurants and so much more. The ferry to cross the river is right behind the hotel and runs back and forth all day, so it's easy to catch a ride.
The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and airy. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely the best location in Bangkok for a tourist in my opinion. It was next to the mall with floating river, food court and pretty much all the activities. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely will stay here again!

I stayed in 2 types of room. Deluxe is the cheaper category and the bed is so big. Very nice.
Executive Room more expensive (can access to lounge located at 31st floor) but the bed is smaller.
I like Deluxe room more.
Hotel is big and nice. Breakfast selection moderately. Very crowded. View from the lounge is also nice.

The hotel is nice and the service is great. I usually book either suite or executive rooms so that we're able to access the executive lounge. However, the executive lounge was a letdown. Not much spread compared to other hotels. I don't think I'll be back here at all. On the positive note, the 360 bar was very nice. Breakfast was OK too.

I just love the riverside hotels in Bangkok! This was my first time here after I’ve been to several riverside hotels in Bangkok.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you wish a riverside view, book the rooms that mention it otherwise you might get a city view and a little of the river view.
Once I got to my room there was a heavy rain and a leaking, I called the reception and they switched my room with no time.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of international cuisine. The pool was nice too.
The hotel located right next to Icon Siam mall so you have lots of dinner and shopping options too!

I have to commend this hotel for its luxurious ambiance and exceptionally friendly staff. We decided to upgrade our stay to enjoy the afternoon tea at their rooftop lounge, and it was absolutely worth it. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the river, especially stunning at night with all the lights. Plus, being situated beside Icon Siam was incredibly convenient for shopping. There were also plenty of massage shops nearby. However, it's worth noting that the traffic in the area can be quite heavy.
