Had the most amazing stay here. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful and we loved the pool area.
A little far from a lot of popular attractions but walking distance to temples and Khao San Road. Not many eateries around but you can surely find places within a walking distance and a 7/11 is a 2 minute walk away.

This was a fairly no frills hotel with friendly staff and architectural character. I appreciated the room-specific wifi. It was a quick walk to the UN Conference Center and I would definitely recommend it to people visiting for events there. Also a 15 min walk to Jay Fai!

The best hotel I stayed in. Central to the business I had to attend. Within the walking distance to the UN. It’s also not far from the city centre or Khoasan district. It fits someone who wants to be nearer these places but don’t want to live in the noise. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Fresh and soft towels. Serene environment. Friendly staff. Small and homely environment. I am recommending it for anyone coming to the city. I am coming back

I got a studio which was nice and spacious. Bed, bedding, linen were wonderful. Bathroom was good.

The sockets did not take my laptop charger. There was no iron in the room and on asking about it at reception I was told there was only one iron for the hotel and someone else had taken it. Got it the second day.
Internet was good.
The TV had only a handful.of local channels, no international channels nor was it a smart TV that could be connected to YouTube. I had to watch TV on my phone throughout.
Service 2 out of 5
Restaurant next to the hotel closes at 5pm and there's no room service. If you want to eat after 8pm there are few good options close by. Most local restaurants in the area close at 8, kitchens close at 745pm.
Staff could not understand English.
Location;
depends on where you want to go. For Meetings at UN ESCAP it's a walking distance. For all other things it's very far. No convenient public transport close by and taxis took an hour for example to central world due to traffic and they also charge a lot.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, friendly staff and peace and quiet from the busy streets of Bangkok. They don’t serve breakfast, which I knew ahead of time and you’re about a 15 minute walk to Khao San road. I would stay here again

The room is well-designed, i love how the bedroom is connected to the bathroom by large sliding doors. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Also, the bathroom and shower area are clean and spacious. The most important thing is the hospitality of the staffs. Highly recommended!

The 'heritage' aspect of the hotel is very charming, from the beautiful lobby to the panelled windows. The staff has been exceptionally courteous and very helpful, no matter what hour of the day. I extended my stay here by 2 days, due the accessibility and how much value for money the place offered.

It was one of the cheapest and yet best hotels we went to(out of 10) during the month-long trip to SE Asia, the pool's beautiful and calm, it's not noisy, and the staff were very nice and let us check in early, the rooms as well as the pool and communal area were very clean, it's got a nice naturey feel to it, very large bathroom and rooms. definitely worth more than the price we paid

Very relaxed atmosphere, clean, well run, with friendly but hands-off staff. The neighborhood is not too busy or touristy. The barista who runs the cafe has created her own coffee blend that is better than any coffee I have had anywhere in the world.

The best hotel we stayed in Thailand! We had a big room with comfortable beds. It was very relaxing and quiet - an oasis in the noisy city. The location was good and plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The pool is on the small side but provided some much needed relief from the heat. We loved our stay here and were sorry to leave.
