My favourite place to stay in Bangkok

The location was great, but the room wasn't very clean and the shared wall with the next guest made it very loud in the corridor. As a light sleeper, I found it hard to get any rest.

Not Recommended – Disappointing Experience
My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room had an unpleasant odor, and several basic amenities were not functioning properly. Notably, the hot shower was not working, which caused considerable inconvenience. It appears that the room facilities were not checked or maintained prior to my check-in, which is unacceptable for any hotel.
While the staff were generally courteous, the overall experience fell far below expectations. There are better hotels available on the same street offering superior service at more competitive rates. Having stayed at numerous hotels in the past, I would unfortunately place this one near the bottom of my list.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.

Location very good. Staff friendly. Rooms were clean. However the flushing of toilet has problem. Will come again.

Breakfast is good. Location is mid, and bts transfer is once or two times a day. But it is advertised as regular in elevator.
Lobby area smells like sewers. I'm not kidding.
Gym is good and has lots of machines.
Pool is at rooftop, clean, well maintained.
Wifi is terrible at room. I asked girl at the reception to set the router (it was inside the room already, but rebooted) , but nobody did it in 10 days.

I had a great staying- I love cleaning my own clothes in this hotel and enjoy ironing myself feel like home in Bangkok.. especially their breakfast was so great. The only things all should be prepared is personal internet connection on your mobile because there is weak connection I couldn’t even watch my Netflix or use WiFi in some room - one good thing in this hotel in there is SCB Bank ATM machine at the lobby floor it’s so convenient for check in and check out - I been here uncountable times and I will again for sure

Staff are friendly but rooms are smelly with poor quality furniture. My daughter got sick after staying one night. No choice but I had to move another hotel even if my booking was for 4 nights. Not suitable for family stay at all.

I liked staying at this hotel primarily because of its location, however, I must mention that their service is excellent! They have a small gym and a pool, restaurant, massage place and nail salon all in the same building. Besides, convenience stores are nearby.
This time the room I stayed in also included a wading machine, microwave oven and separate dish washing sink. In addition, the room also included a small dining table, a work station, a lounging sofa and a chair and table in the small balcony. The bathtub was surely a plus!
