It's located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. So, it was pleasant to walk around. Also, our room was really beautiful, and the entire place looked like a boutique hotel. We absolutely loved our stay.
I'll definitely visit this place once again!

We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to Thailand, and we loved it. Great location with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was fabulous with daily maid service and bottles of water. Spotlessly clean and ac to keep it cool. We thought that for the price, it was good value. Communication was great when we needed to add an extra night. They got back to us promptly and handled it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay in Bangkok. Very homely and cosy accommodation, not the fanciest but was adequate, great value for money. The staff were super friendly, polite and all around lovely, really made you feel at home, especially the receptionist ladies! wish I got their names. Always started the day by putting a smile on your face before you venture out.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I enjoyed staying here so much I felt compelled to. Would stay again if I’m ever in Bangkok

The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

The location of the room is perfect and my favourite part of Bangkok.

This is a really cool place to stay. The decor is nice and the staff is very friendly. The rooms have unique furniture though with a lot of guests they are worn down a bit. There's patio seating in the back and in the front, however, the restaurant is closed so you'll need to find food elsewhere.

Some issues. They have limited hairdryers. You need to request one. The restaurant being closed is a drag as you need to look around for food. Don't get me wrong finding great food is nice but there were so many disappointments in this neighborhood even those with high reviews.

There's no convenient public transportation nearby unless you understand the bus system here. Book Grab it'll be easier.

The beds are soft and the hot water is hot you just need to turn on the electric boiler and wait a moment. Air conditioning is good. Works great. No door hanger though to deny maid service. There is laundry service nearby, it's not handled by the hotel or even arranged by them but it's only 10 meters away.

One con is that the doors provide no sound proofing. A guest was knocking on his families other room and yelling to them and it was like he was in my room.

There's a nice temple nearby very close. This place is kinda close to Khao san road without the noise. Super quiet and easy to sleep.

Stayed 4 nights with my girlfriend. Toilet & shower was not separate but it wasn't much of an issue.

Comfortable bed nice clean sheets and room, aircon worked perfectly and the hotel is close to khaosan road.

Clean, quiet, pleasent, and very well furnished. Very good breakfast with eggs, meat, toast and fruit included. Unfortunately they do not have any cots if you need to add an extra person in your room.

A beautiful building at a good price! The staff is all kind! If you want a quiet place, I recommend this place. However, the disadvantage is that the water pressure is weak.

Cute little guesthouse. The superior room (we stayed in room 207) is spacious for 3 people, clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom is nice and has shower with hot water well working.
The common areas are small but really nice. The breakfast area is also nice however the breakfast is not great, small menu based on 4 sets none of which particularly good. There are better options a few meters from the hotel.
All in all a good experience especially because of its location very central and close to everything.
