OYO 484 Pannee Residence Khaosan SHA Plus Mini-hotel

For 3 days / 2 nights the room was never cleaned, they didn't even try, they didn't take out the trash, there was mold at the joints of the sink and the wall, mold in the shower, the walls were dirty in places. Water was not brought to the room every day, it was only upon check-in. The bed linen was patched 😄 but clean, the pillows and mattress were comfortable, the towels had seen better days... Room 410 on the 4th floor, you could say without a window, since the glass was dirty from the outside and inside and there was some kind of wall right in front of the window, so the room was always dark, but not so hot 😄 They don't provide shampoo, shower gel or dental kit, only some kind of liquid like liquid soap. The air conditioner worked well, there were no problems with water or plumbing. There were only 2 hangers for things, no slippers, no kettle or hair dryer. Mini-safe and telephone in the room. Overall, it feels cramped and dark, from the photos when booking all the rooms seemed much nicer. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room. Inside, the hotel looks stylish and nice, there is an elevator, the reception is open 24 hours. There is a 7/11 store right next to the hotel - this is a big advantage, and it is also close to many attractions - walking distance to Khao San Road, the Royal Palace, Wat Pho, etc. From Suvarnabhumi Airport 35 minutes by taxi at night, to Don Muang a little less early in the morning on a free road.

affordable but super basic. small rooms. bathroom smelled when I got there, and continued to smell, I think from other viditors... pretty clean bathroom tho. make sure you get anything you need from the staff (towels, water, etc) before 5pm. neighborhood is near khaosan but if you want that you can get a place closer. if you don't want super touristy khaosan, consider staying in another area.
