Incredible luxury hotel experience! I recommend upgrading to a higher floor and larger room. The view of the river was breath taking. The customer service went beyond the expectations; house keeping comes by to straighten the room throughout the day, in addition to providing complimentary fruit and small pastries. I loved every minute of our stay.

The Peninsula Bangkok is a fairly large hotel without ever feeling crowded. It has an impressive driveway, a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great river views. I also love having breakfast here, sitting by the river and enjoying the quality selection. Many thanks to the staff and especially to Mimi who always makes me feel like an old friend while remaining very professional. In general, the staff is what makes this hotel so special. As a guest you always feel that everyone is happy to see you. And it feels so genuine. I could go on and on about all the positive things the Peninsula has to offer. Just go and experience it for yourself, I highly recommend it.

Great experience staying here for first three days of our honeymoon. Check in was well organized and airport transfers made transportation easier. Room was ‘90s style with great size with two zones of air conditioning and river views. Thai massage was excellent in the spacious spa. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of hot plates and pastries, made to order coffee and smoothies, everything you can want and more. You can take a free Peninsula boat across the river to have a drink at the Mandarin or shop at the Icon mall.

Christmas feeling with reel trees and fantastic decorations. My friend invited to celebrate my promotion and we took the degustation menu. The scenery was incredible. The service quiet and efficient. Very helpful and professional friendly staff and supervisor. Finishing the evening at the bar, makes the night unforgettable. Loved it

All other hotels will be ruined now after our stay here. What a truly phenomenal experience. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and GORGEOUS. You are also right on the river and could spend a day just sitting in the beautiful lobby, pool or restaurant watching the boats go by. On top of that, the jewel of this hotel is it's staff. Never have I felt so cared for while staying in a hotel. Everyone who works here is beyond kind, accommodating, and has an intense eye for detail. Definitely worth every penny, you will be very happy if you stay here.

Perfect start to my first time in Asia! They paid attention to every detail! Would definitely recommend staying here! I still miss it! The fresh cut mango every morning was a real treat! Did not want to leave! I also recommend doing the VIP pick up from the airport. Having a golf cart drive me through the airport after that long of a travel day and help me through customs was a game changer!

This is the first time my family and I (couple and a 1-year old infant daughter) stayed at any Peninsula property. We arrived in Bangkok and initially stayed for a few nights at Park Hyatt Bangkok, and checked into the Peninsula Bangkok to have a feel of what’s it like to stay along the Chao Phraya. We stayed a total of three (3) nights, and what a pleasant stay it was! Once you step into the lobby area, you instantly feel an old world charm, with staff immediately attending to you to usher you into the check in area. We stayed at one of the grand deluxe rooms on Level 30 with a great view of the Chao Phraya. Rooms were spacious and sufficiently sized to include a baby cot and other baby related amenities (which we requested in advanced and were prepared upon our arrival). We had dinner at Thiptara, splendid Thai cuisine along the Chao Phraya, with flamed torches lit along the walls of the property - definitely something different compared to the other hotels along the Chao Phraya. Even the boats that sails to Icon Siam (every 30 min) is charming, and can apparently take you anywhere you want to go along the Chao Phraya - we tested this when we requested for a ride across to the Mandarin Oriental for afternoon tea - and no issues. The swimming pool is also uniquely designed, with ample amount of cabanas or deck chairs, whichever suit your fancy. When we checked out, we requested for airport transfer - which came in the form of a BMW 7-series sedan. Suffice to say our ride to the airport was very comfortable (despite the notorious Bangkok traffic!). When we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by an enigmatic Mr Mo, who assisted us with our luggage and VAT refunds, and led us through the fast track process. With an infant in tow, this was definitely a service very much in need and highly recommended to mitigate against the sea of travelers on any given day. Special mention to Ms Tuk (from Thiptara), Mr TK (Concierge), bell-boys and ladies (too many to mention) and the lounge manager - whom were all so accommodating and hospitable. We hope we will have the opportunity to visit the Peninsula Bangkok again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Peninsula Bangkok. If you want to be pampered, this is the place to go. Felt like such a peaceful oasis in the business of Bangkok. We were so well taken care of the by staff, the room was impeccable and we were provided with new goodies every day. Delicious breakfast buffet with impressive river views and a plethora of options! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The very pinnacle of guest experience. Stayed for 5 nights and everything (literally everything) was immaculate. Love the decadent decor that feels classical yet fresh. A very special stay, keep it up.
