The Prestige Nana

We'll I make this reservation using booking but they want me pay in advance, even when i put my visa as guarantee for my reservation, while I was saying that I would like to pay in cash in the property, so they said pay in visa or we'll cancel your reservation!!! I was so upset and disappointed cause this is happened to me for the first time in my life.
Room is too small, the air conditioning too loud, i found a strange worm in the ground of the bathroom (photo).
They said smoking is not allowed inside the rooms but in the floors you can smell weed all over.
The noisy street will never make you sleep in peace, music came through the windows ughhhh, I apologise to my self for staying in that horrible hotel it's not even valued my money.
Thank god there's a lot of activities to do in Bangkok just to make you forgot about this ridiculous hotel.
My first and last time in this hotel, I don't recommend it in anyway.

booked a 'room with a view'. strange noises are heard at night. for breaking a normal glass they charged me 100 bath (3 euros). the only positive note is the staff but that's not enough, the worst hotel I've ever been
