Quite clean and good location but old furniture and rooms view. Grade 4

Staff mostly friendly and helpful.
Walking distance can get food, massage and BTS..
Basically I satisfied...

The Hotel is very comfortable to stay. It's near to Bang Chak Station walk by 5 mins and recommend for those who use almost Train for public transportation.

While the room showed its age, the hotel's advantageous location ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast was adequate and provided essential options.

We were immediately impressed with the interior design of the hotel, especially considering the value for the price. It’s absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and the staff helped us with our bags, making us feel right at home. The customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. We arrived in Bangkok much earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated after a long journey. All in all, a fantastic experience—definitely recommend!

Good hotel , very good location to stay but the service is very weird , the room are old but they have a very good gym and pool at the top of the building, Ac in my room was not working well

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was very convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. The overall experience was great. I will come back again next time.

I recently stayed at Romance Hotel for four days, and my experience was absolutely amazing! This hotel truly offers great value for money.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, and I must specifically mention #Anna and #Pancake, who were exceptionally helpful with check-in and luggage management. Their professionalism and warmth made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, it’s actually a plus point. The proximity to the BTS station and a nearby bus stand makes commuting very convenient. Additionally, there are two 7/11 stores within walking distance, ensuring easy access to food and essentials.

The hotel rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the rooftop swimming pool was a delightful highlight of my stay. It’s an excellent spot to relax and unwind.

Overall, Romance Hotel is a budget-friendly, family-oriented place that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay!

We reached the property at around 45 minutes before the check in time. I was allowed to check-in in the exchange of rating them 5 stars in the google which I did to get it early 😁. And now I am editing the previously given review after reaching my country.
I would definitely like to give them 5 stars after staying there for 2 nights and 3 days. They have good breakfast options. Reception guys speak and understand decent English. They are very professional. We left our luggage with them as we checked out and had our flight in the evening. So we explored bangkok and collected it before our flight. The location part is subjective. It is a little far from the city centre but at a very quiet place, so book as per your preferences. Around 3 seven elevens were there within a radius of 500-700 meters. The sky train is also at a walkable distance.
