Royal Suite Hotel Bangkok

Two weeks back I visited this hotel. One of the worst hotel I saw in my life. They are giving old rooms to indians. We are 3 family visited that hotel. We complaint to our trip organiser too.The rooms are dark (no proper light), clumsy and bathroom are not maintained well. If we spoke to reception they are telling please adjust. We fought with them that we paid money you guys not let is for free. For that they said we will arrange rooms in new hotel. We didn't get any upgrade till we stay. They are treating indians very very bad manner. This message I will send to Thailand government tourist authority to take sever action against you. I won't suggest this hotel for any my friend and family too. Food no vegitarian available. Morning complimentary breakfast is also average only, indian food are only one there that too idly steamed improperly. Mainly language issues there. The staffs are not well trained by the english. They know little bit english and surveying in the hotel. We struggle lot to make understand them. :(

The management should take necessary action to treat indian people properly.

Our stay at the Royal Suite Bangkok was highly disappointing and not at all suitable for a leisure or vacation trip to Bangkok. Here are the main issues we encountered:

1. **Location**: The hotel is extremely far from the main city, making it highly inconvenient for sightseeing or enjoying Bangkok's attractions.

2. **Food Options**: There were no vegetarian food options available, which is a significant drawback for Indian and vegetarian travelers.

3. **Room Conditions**: The room was just okay but had inadequate lighting, making it feel gloomy and uncomfortable.

4. **Hotel Condition**: The hotel is very old and desperately needs renovation. The overall ambiance is outdated and not up to the mark.

In conclusion, the Royal Suite Bangkok does not meet the standards expected for a comfortable stay. The distance from the city, lack of vegetarian food options, poor room lighting, and the hotel's old condition make it a place I would not recommend to anyone.
