The only thing to praise here is the reception -ladies🩷 Despite our dissatisfaction with the room they were doing everything they could to please us. Also we decided to check out earlier to check in at another hotel, and we got a refund for the nights we weren’t staying. Appreciated that!

Room is terrible. Nothing in common with their pictures. Can’t understand why there are so many positive reviews. It’s said that rooms are newly renovated(they are not), it’s said that room has a wardrobe(but in fact there’s NOWHERE TO PUT CLOTHES), in the pictures they have a double bed(in reality it’s just two single beds put together), all of the furniture is old as well as the bathroom facilities , walls are terrible and dirty , sockets don’t work, swollen flooring, air conditioner is old and way too loud , BATHROOM IS DISGUSTING. Very different from pictures on the internet.
Only one room-card. They don’t have a second one.
Our window doesn’t close and there’s a public balcony right behind it. ANYONE CAN GET IN OUR ROOM using the balcony and the broken window.

Maintenance and construction work in the hotel every morning. The room is okay, the bathroom is aging. It’s next to the road, lot of noise outside too and the window doesn’t insulate well from the noise.
My bed was like a concrete floor… I can’t say I slept well during my 3 nights.

The staff was friendly enough, did not speak English that well. Got a room on the 5th floor. Was quite spacious, with a Swindon’s that open, always a plus. The room was basic, the bathroom not the best, quite old, sink didn’t drain fast, water coming out of evacuation. The AC leaked and nothing was done after I reported it. Good location, near Emsphere, near station, can walk to mall.
You get what you pay for, did the job while we were there. Good laundry across the road, Umi laundry (24hrs).

Sakura Sky Residence is an awful hotel, especially room number 309. If they knew the room was in such terrible condition, why did they assign it to me? I am sharing pictures that will speak to the hotel's quality. They charged me 1,080 THB for one day in this pathetic room.

Location is good, rooms are ok, but they are very greed. My friend greedy is not good. Hope you will be more welcoming towards guests.

The rudest staff on reception. An ignorant Thai fat girl with no manners at all. No help. Refusal to speak. Nasty, lazy and ignorant. This is the last time. She was rude last time also.

I was afraid to get this hotel at first because a lot of people "bitched" so much about the bed and noise.
Well I didn't have a problem with that at all. And yes the noise can be little annoying but when you are in Bangkok you stay out of the hotel most of the time, therefore when you get at night you sleep throughout the night without any issues. People complaint about the bed? I thought it was going to be really bad, and it was not. The location is PERFECT!!!!!! Download the app called "GRAB" is like Uber but WAY CHEAPERRRRR. The most we have paid in taxis in one single right was 8 dollars and the other times we paid around to 2 or 5 dollars each ride.
The people is friendly, and the service is great and the room service wasn't bad at all.
I'm the most picky person in this whole world and I enjoyed my time here. You only pay 400 bath or even less from the airport to the hotel.
Now my only complaint is that the cleaning ladies leave the back doors open while cleaning and cockroach fly in and it's disgusting. And because of this I will give them 3 stars instead 5, when I complained they didn't care, but other than that everything was perfect.

Clean Hotel with a few small stains. It is super located, close to the Sky Train so from the Airport there or somewhere else. At the reception you will be greeted in German.

Location is super, the Rest is rather average. Safe did not work (was repaired), the mini bar was empty. Beds very hard (as it would have been a Futon). For a night quite ok.
