Very quiet and good located hotel. Very nice view. Great air conditioning. Room is very clean. It’s opposite to a monastery where they have chickens and roosters - possible to hear it all mostly in the morning which is very charming in the middle of a city. No elevator, but there is a luggage storage on the 1st floor, available 24h.

Although not staying here, in the 7 times I have visited Thailand, this is my most favourite place to eat. Nice and easy, cool under the trees and an awesome place to people watch.
The food is lovely, the service is swift. Big shout out to Nuun on front of house (see photo)
She is super observant of people, quick to serve and always pleasant to deal with. She is a real credit to the establishment.
Asked to see the upstairs accommodation for the next visit. So close to all of the Khason Road action but far enough removed so you don't get the noise.
Super impressed with this place. Staff are cool and easy to deal with. When you watch them, they are always cleaning and sweeping the restaurant area and work well together. Impressed.
On my next 8th visit to Thailand, this is where it will be.

Me and my two children had one of the triple single bed rooms on the 2nd floor. There was a window but it was in the bathroom not the main room. The reception area and communal areas are pretty run down, and the swimming pool is located at a different hotel called the Cha cha Hotel (3 mins away). Our room did have a tiny ants infestation over the walls and bathroom area but when I told staff the bug sprayed the room for us. All in all this place is a good stay, reasonable price, great location and pretty clean all round. Would definitely stay again if was on a budget, like this time.

Went there at midnight with my friends to eat appetizers and cold drinks. Atmosphere was great. Prices is also reasonable. They can improve there service for sure.

I didn't stay here but frequented the bar/restaurant/cafe on many occasions while staying nearby on Ram Buttri Alley.
The cafe opens around 8am and does a great and inexpensive full English style breakfast which became my kind of go to tradition for the last morning of any trips to Rambuttri Village.
Great seating, table service and food is pretty quick at that time of day. Another advantage is that they accept credit card. Great outlook near the entrance to the alley and a great place to unwind, catch up with friends for drinks and do a spot of people watching when in town.

A little away from khaosan road, a small hotel, modest, with a good restaurant, very good wifi, and a transport service to the home.

300 baht if you just want to sleep - perfect
you can get a room with a bed degree is still enough space for the backpack and the wars. only fan, no ac, no window !
