We had a disappointing experience in this hotel. The rooms where clean and great! However the pool was only to be used until 3 pm and check in was 2 pm ,we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool so this was a dissapointment. But what we really didn't like was the loud Christmas music in the swimming pool area till 11:30pm. We could hear the music very well in our room. Also the ac was leaking water. The ember restaurants serves delicious food and staff is friendly.

I had a frustrating experience at The Scene Hotel Bangkok Noi. Upon arriving in Bangkok early morning, I called the hotel to ask about an early check-in. They assured me I could check in within 1-2 hours and suggested I wait by the pool. After traveling 15 km by motorbike to the hotel, I gave my details and waited. Nearly 4 hours later, a staff member asked if I wanted to check in, which I confirmed, explaining I needed to shower and change for a friend’s birthday. Only then was I informed that I would be charged per hour for an early check-in — something they failed to mention on the phone.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and always ask about early check-in policies beforehand. The staff laughed off my concerns, citing "hotel policy," but I was frustrated they hadn’t mentioned this when I called. Their dismissive attitude upset me, and they refused to let me speak to a manager. I ended up waiting two more hours before finally checking in a total of 6 hours. I would have called other hotels if I had this information previously.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, and the lack of clear communication and poor customer service left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

It's a lovely place to stay. Just on the other side of the river but you can get a taxi to Siam within half an hour for around 200bht. Amazing staff and wonderful breakfast in the Italian restaurant situated within the grounds. Nice pool, which is well maintained. Room service is excellent.

Loved the design of the hotel - very chic. The rooms are well-designed, modern and spacious; the beds and pillows are comfortable; the shower pressure (choice of rain shower or regular head) is strong and provides a nice hot shower; and if you face the garden it’s nice and quiet (when not the Christmas season).
Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but it’s more than enough and filling! You also get a good egg style and beverage selection. But perhaps some fruit/yogurt selection might be a nice addition next time.

Staff is amazing! Very clean and they have a nice cafe attached to the hotel. We used the pool & laundry services (ready the same day!) They provided water daily! Near all the temples and 20 mins away from Siam area.

Place is new, clean, beautiful and they have chosen good quality bedding, sheets, towels, bathrobes, furniture and accessories in the room.
Shower and sink have nice hot water if you want it, the bathroom is comfortable and beautiful, the theme of interior design comes back everywhere and has been done with attention for details.
There is a lovely garden with beautiful trees and plants, birds singing and a lovely big pool that's refreshing yet not cold. Staff is friendly and polite.
Also location is very close to the famous Siriraj hospital, they have wheelchair service for anyone that comes and stay before, after or in-between treatment at the hospital or whom ever needs it. Which I feel again shows their attention for detail.
The reason for writing a detailed review is that I read one negative review before choosing to stay here. I wondered about this but would want to say to everyone that is in doubt about whether to stay here or not. I have been very satisfied so far! Highly recommend this hotel!
