very cozy, quiet hotel. price/quality ratio is normal. rooms are a bit "tired" but the overall impression is not spoiled. the view from the windows is very beautiful, friendly staff, there are many sockets in the room and a normal air conditioner. a little lacking is a refrigerator and a kettle, or at least a basic set of dishes in the room, like glasses.
located very conveniently next to the pier, You can easily be in the center in 10 minutes. But if it's late, you can only go back on foot or by taxi.
Overall, it's very good for its price.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The landlady was very nice and helped throughout the trip.

Lovely staff always willing to help. Took great care of me when I had food poisoning and was stuck in my room for 2 days. Gave my friends great advice on local area and where to go for transport.

Very nice owners. Feeling like a home. Close to fresh fruit market. And very close to taxi boat to go easily and cheaply to both new and old Town.

The location is very convenient, the water pressure is very good and the rooms are quite spacious.

Friendly family owned place they speak good English, every is clean, good location with boats only a couple minute walk away. Very pleased with everything just a side note no fridge in the rooms.

Very helpful information from the lady on reception. Decent cleaning. The room are small and like in hostel but with private wc.

Very nice place run by a family. Good point for those who wish to see various parts of Bangkok, including those inhabited only by Thai people. Located near to Prince Palace, easy to reach by water taxi. Very friendly atmosphere and hosts always ready to help and and provide advice on what to do and see when in Bangkok. Rooms are cleaned every day.

Rooms are ok. N location is good. 3 star is the help, we got from reception. Very helpful lady give us every thing in detail n to do n not to do. Great.
