This place is not good the customer service are treated very bad the room are very dirty I recommend not contacting or coming to this place as i say this is not worth the time ur using to come to a hotel named silom avenue the customer service are saying us get out from our room when i payed extra. I asked 3 to 4 room as i said i am not recommending this place .

Worst hotel I have ever been in , bathroom sink got stuck filled with water, I called reception and they said they can fix it tomorrow.

I stayed here for three nights, the room was quite old fashioned, but everything worked and was great. Staff was friendly, cleaning ladies offered me extra bottled water and I could leave my luggage a few hours. Hotel is located in my favourite part of Silom and has reasonable pricing. Has an elevator!

This is a very ordinary low budget hotel. There was a bad smell in the room. All the sounds and conversations in the next room can be heard. Breakfast was very bad.

It was a very old hotel but fair location about an 8 minute walk to merest metro station 15 minutes to Saladaeng and 20 minutes to the river boats. This place was Just fair to be honest. OK for a night or two

First impression is Receptionist. She speak very well English easy to communicate. Room is good cleaned. Beds are comfortable as well with reason able price. My friend from overseas loved the Hotel with excellent service.😍😍

Booked through Agoda so the rate was good. The hotel is not bad but very very basic. Although the website claims to have "luxury rooms" I think that may have been a very long time ago. All that said, the location is good with easy access to public transportation or walking distance to many places within the CBD. I did not try the spa so I cannot comment but it is on the premises of the hotel. As far as the breakfast goes, if it is included in your room rate ok but if no better go elsewhere. It is highly over priced for what you get.
