Location of the hotel is near and accessible to city center within 10 mins cab ride......2 mins walk there is this Velaa village, lots of nice F&B and bar....etc.
The Firefly bar in the hotel is nice, with a good live band and well designed.
Breakfast buffet, good variety and quality offering, worth it.
Afternoon tea in the lobby lounge with a 3 piece band is nice and relaxing
All staff are warm n friendly

Pool needs to be heated. Cleanliness and service is up to par.

We stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok for four nights as a family of two adults and two children, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon our arrival, our luggage was immediately taken care of, and we were warmly escorted to the reception desk. The check-in process was swift and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised when informed that our room had been upgraded to a two-bedroom suite.

The front desk manager personally accompanied us to our suite, providing detailed explanations of all the amenities in the room. The suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches such as a complimentary minibar, fresh milk, a coffee machine, chocolates, and various snacks. The fully-equipped kitchen was an additional bonus. Each bedroom had its own bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet, and there were additional guest facilities including a service room and extra restroom in the lounge area. Everything in the suite felt brand new and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail.

The hotel grounds and facilities were equally stunning, and the level of service throughout our stay was impeccable.

If I had to mention any minor drawbacks, it would be that the breakfast restaurant occasionally became crowded, resulting in short waits in the lobby, with noticeably slower service during peak times. Additionally, spa access was not included in our room rate and required an extra daily fee of approximately 600 THB per person. Treatments at the spa were also quite pricey, so for those planning to indulge in massages or treatments, I recommend booking a room package that includes spa services.

However, these minor inconveniences were vastly overshadowed by the exceptional quality and comfort the Kempinski Hotel offers. Overall, for those who can afford it, this hotel provides outstanding value and is absolutely worth the price.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staffs provided excellent service—friendly and attentive throughout. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great selection of items. Highly recommend!

Beautiful people and service. We only stayed here for 2 nights and it was suitable for a short time frame before our flight. Spacious rooms, double sink. Staff were helpful, can’t fault them

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a stay at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

From the moment I made my booking, the customer service was exceptionally responsive and professional. What impressed me most was their willingness to coordinate seamlessly with my external balloon vendor and my friends to ensure my marriage proposal setup was completed perfectly before my arrival. Their attention and dedication especially guest relationship manager, Ms Monchanok, and the Ladies in Red team made a very special day even more meaningful.

As I entered the hotel, I was immediately struck by the how beautiful hotel lobby was — elegant, grand, and welcoming. Did I also mention the hotel scent? It’s so pleasant and inviting, instantly putting you in a relaxed and luxurious mood.

The room was incredibly spacious, furnished with high-quality amenities, and designed with attention to detail that reflects true luxury. Every element, from the furniture placement to the bathroom essentials, was thoughtfully curated. A standout feature is the lush green park within the hotel grounds, perfect for a peaceful morning stroll or quiet reflection — a true haven for nature lovers.

Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. The buffet spread offered a wide variety, from flavorful Asian dishes to hearty Western classics. The fruit juices were especially refreshing and a great way to start the day.

What truly set this stay apart was the small yet thoughtful touches: the doorman discreetly checking belongings for safety, a daily container of ice delivered for in-room drinks, and hotel slippers carefully placed beside the bed — each of these gestures added to a truly five-star experience.

I cannot recommend Sindhorn Kempinski highly enough. Whether for a romantic occasion or a luxury getaway, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way. On our last day here, my fiancé even asked me if we could extend our stay and I have no doubt that this is the right hotel for our special day.

First time staying at Sindhorn Kempinksi Hotel and I must say it had exceeded my expectations on many levels. I’ve stayed at the old Siam Kempinski years ago and service was extremely better at Sindhorn. Everyone I came across was super attentive and professional! I absolutely love the options at Sindhorn wellness and fitness. I didn’t want to leave the hotel because there’s so much to do just in the hotel! The only star deduction is the location; while I love it’s a little secluded, it’s not as convenient as those near Central Embassy. I would definitely be back!
