Very convenient location — there’s a 7-Eleven just across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use public transport, only took Bolt rides; it’s a bit of a distance to the Siam area, but still very manageable.
I was pleasantly surprised to see computers available for use — quite rare in hotels these days, even if they’re a bit slow. Loved the overall design of the place, and it was great having access to the gym and pool to get ready for a full day of food adventures!

The only good thing about this hotel is the price—it was cheap. Unfortunately, everything else about it reflects that low price.
The quality, service, and overall experience were disappointing and left a lot to be desired.
The corner suite I stayed, had no table. Guess how I ate-on the floor.
There was no charging dock around the night stand-the only dock they provided was near the door.
The toilet lid was broken.
Speaking about cleanness, plenty of dust, cockroaches, you name it.
The service, well, the front desk was always answer your call, but the service had never arrived.

Everything was amazing, great and helpful staff.
Special thanks to our new friend Est the bellboy. He helped us with everything throughout our whole stay. Loved all the staffs there at the restaurant,the bar and the reception all were fantastic. There was a 7/11 in front of the hotel and a Mcdonalds in 2 minutes walking distance location vise it was the best choice we could have made for our trip. Will be visiting again and recommend staying at stay hotel😂🫶🏻

Very nice hotel. Pleasant design, everything's new and clean, smells really good at all times. Cozy lobby and pool areas, good western breakfast as well. Staff is very helpful too, I had a lovely time staying here.

Stayed here during my first ever solo trip and as a girl, I felt really safe with all the amazing staff. Felt really loved by the room keepers, buttoning up my blazers, replacing my towels as well as giving me extra bottled waters after noticing that I drink quite a lot of water. The security guards were really nice as well and asked if I was okay with my back full of bruises from guasha. Will definitely come back here for my next trip!

With the objective of changing location during short weekend holiday, and to find some place for finishing work logs.
STAY hotel is a great choice for a stay with impressive price. This place even have a room type that include a bathtub for a starting price of thousand baht. They have more than enough in-room facility, also having a small pool located in the 2nd floor.
American breakfast was nice, especially for a fresh cooked omelette and welcoming staff that would kindly advice related promotions for the whole stay including cafe, and bar daily promotion.
Considering this price, the experience I got was reasonable.

Hotel is situated in a neighbourhood. They offer a tuktuk ride from the hotel and to Mcdonald’s for convenience. Sutthisan is about 15mins walk.
The walls are paper thin which means you’ll hear every single door that opens and closes. The bed was stiff to my preference. staff were great and very helpful in person although when I inquired about the belt I forgot in the room, and I know exactly where it was, staff said they do not have it. I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt that it was the next guest who found it and staff didnt know about it, but it was in a very obvious place. It is my mistake for forgetting about it, but I should be able to pick up a belonging I forget. The pool was very nice with open air and is covered, so perfect for a rainy day. The gym was small but functional. Breakfast was ok. Don’t book airport transfer with the hotel as it is overpriced compared to grab/bolt.

A Great Hotel with Excellent Staff!
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which really made our experience special. The rooms are spacious and very clean, although you can tell that some areas are a bit dated. However, this didn’t affect our comfort at all.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient – the nearest metro station (blue line) is about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to access many attractions. The pool area looked well-maintained, even though we didn’t use it ourselves.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay!

I had a mixed experience at The Stay Hotel Bangkok. I had been there before Covid 19 more than 10 visits. Cause it’s near by my partner’s house.
The service staff was good, but breakfast during this period was disappointing with limited selection and slow refills compared to the high season. Some food you need to order at the counter with crowed people. (In the past staff will come to take the order at your table, now it’s not)
The room and its size were satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay. However, I recommend avoiding different floors from tourists due to smoke issues; smoke from other rooms can be detected in yours. On the bright side, the hotel’s location is great, with a 7-Eleven nearby and sub way. It’s convenience
