Sukhon Hotel - SHA Plus

Absolutely perfect location! Nothing better I can ask for. Amazingly located just 5 steps away from the staircase exit of Phaya Thai BTS. Shelter from the sun and rain on the way back. The best thing after a whole day of exploring is to get back to the room and unload to rest quickly. This nails it. Good if you want to do quick dropoffs after shopping to carry on to the next location with less baggage.

Not much interaction aside from the usual check in and check out. But there are really no complains. Staff were polite. My booking came with a breakfast set included. The Thai breakfast was nice. American breakfast was pretty good too. The pie set was not bad, just less variety with only a pie.

Room was nothing fancy but good enough for the price. TV, mini fridge and safe provided. Was worried about the close proximity to the railroad tracks and the main road. But these concerns were unfounded.

Location is perfect, BTS train station is just few walk away and only 2 stations away to reach Siam Paragon. Convenience store is few shops away and there is music live band and cafe next to it.

We stayed three nights and loved it! The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious (the coffies 5/5!), and the service was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok — we’d definitely come back!

Just stopped in for a coffee and a bite to eat. Ordered a simple cafe’ latte and an Americano. Honestly was made perfectly, for a snack we shared a heated vanilla custard bun, which was equally as amazing. Service was great. Haven’t come across a good warm drink in a while, hence the review !

It was the place I stayed before leaving Thailand 🇹🇭.
The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived early. The front desk told us our room was still cleaning and we might put the luggage 🧳. We returned around 4 p.m. and our luggage was already sent to the room. Really considerate!☺️😊

The lobby was small, so guests had to choose when to eat breakfast the next day. Our room was a little small but it's okay. The location was really great, just near BTS Phayathai Station and convenient, a lot of shops, food vendors and 7-11 around.

The hotel is on the main road and the railway. If you are a light sleeper, it may be a big problem and bothersome because of the noise.

The location is superb as it is right below BTS Phaya Thai after taking railway station from airport. The room is very clean and designed in minimalist style. The breakfast is diversified in one plate and staff can speak English very well. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great place to book for short stays if you need to be in the city. It's situated right next to the skytrain station so you won't have any issues getting around (the stairs are literally right outside the hotel lobby door).

Rooms were clean and well kept - you'll find all the basic amenities at higher star hotels like towels/soap/mini-fridge/safe (but no iron). Complimentary water was provided every day (I didn't even use the new ones given on the 2nd day but they gave another 2). Free WiFi in rooms was available and reliably fast.

Can't speak on food since I didn't pay for breakfast but there's plenty of places to eat nearby and it's just a short walk away (or 1-2 BTS stations) from Siam Paragon. There's also a 7-eleven right across the street if you need snacks or other necessities.

For light sleepers, you might have to use the provided earplugs to not be disturbed by the sounds of traffic at night but honestly I didn't find it that noisy and slept fine for the 3 nights I was there (my room was facing the main road, 5th floor).

Would definitely book again if I ever needed to come back, but booking early is recommended as it seems to be quite a popular spot during festive seasons.

Great value! Breakfast was good. The room is not big but good enough for 2 and has everything you need for a 5-day stay. If you go there by airport rail link with a big suitcase, I would suggest to use the lift on the right side (Tranz Hotel) after exiting the rail link station, then walk across the railroad to the hotel. Do not keep walking to the hotel because there's no escalator or lift at the exit on the hotel side.
