Syama Nana Hotel

This hotel is a complete scam! The pictures are not of this hotel. There is NO pool. NO restaurant. People on stay here per hour for the prostitutes out front. There was a leak that went down the elevators and no running water for the showers.

So loud noise all day from street, cannot sleep till 5 PM. Reception was rude too.

Don´t go there this is my urgent advice.
The rooms are dirty and full with cockroaches, the rooms in general are very old and very tacky , no stool either , no safe nothing, all thse things are provided by hotels nearby in the same price range.
The whole building is old and tacky and dirty either.
There was no water for 12 hours , so if you wanna take a shower or brush your teeth bring a bucket of water by your own.
I asked for a refund when I checked out, but they refused me to give.
I would rather stay for one night on the street than going there again.
My worst experiance I ever had and I travelled through many places in Thailand and all over the world.
Never ever again going there....

Don't book this place thinking there's a pool because there isn't. But they're still happy to use photos of pools for advertising purposes. In fact it's the first photo they use

Stayed here last month for the price and location its excellent the place is a bit dated but clean with good staff. Im booking here again next visit to Bangkok Had 2 bad stays since. 1st put in a room above the Hooters extraction fans. Like having a hoover going 24 hours a day in your room. Next time told travel agents to book room on opposite side to Hooters fans. Went in to room and squashed a mosquito. Couple of hours later two more mosquitoes, went to reception cleaner came with spray. I said im keeping that and put it in my safe. I had mosquitoes every day and sprayed the room twice every day as well as telling hotel to spray. Not going back

Wow! I’m shocked!
Staff seemed upset, not good service! Door locked does not work, they said technical problem, every time you get out, you cannot go in, you have to ask staff to open the door for you and they have special code to open the door for you but your card for open the door does not work! In this case, you may not feel safe.! No windows in the room, dark lights like dungeon!!!
I saw a couple rent a room for an our (300 baht per hour). Not sure if I call it a hotel or a brothel!

I felt like potholes underneath. Everything is dirty: bed sheet, pillow sheets, towels had yellow spots, bugs on floors and mosquitos. Blanket looks never washed,smell bad so I kept in the cupboard and closed! I arrived at late night and was booked online so I had no choice but stayed couple of hours, took shower and left in the morning! After all, worse and will never come back here again.
Not worth a penny, dissatisfied , disappointed and be careful. Never book online but better see the room for yourself first!
