The hotel is affordable and strategically located in Pratunam where you can reach food stalls, markets and public transport easily. I stayed here for 3 nights and the service was good. Although they didn't change the bedsheets, they clean up my room everyday. You can also weigh your luggage before leaving, just ask the receptionist.

Clean room, good AC and bedding, breakfast is satisfying, most of all very near places you can go shopping and tour....

clean room, clean bathroom, cold AC, good service, breakfast is enough but not very varied, almost every day with the same menu, friendly employees, especially the employee named Tuktuk, who is very friendly and very helpful, very kind, every time I go to Bangkok I always stay at the Ten Stars Inn

Hotel was nice, but you need to remember to double lock your door, because sometimes the housekeeping maid can open your door without knocking (it happened to me twice). The bellboy service is excellent. There is one staff named Mr Zhou that is very helpful, very demure, very mindful. I was very happy to be serviced by him. Thankyou so much.

First of all, this hotel is NOT mobility friendly. There are MANY small steps which would make wheelchair access difficult especially in the rooms because of many steps & small dividers/hurdles. Service is ok, neither good or bad, just simply ok. Rooms are somewhat dirty or just old and in need of renovations. The upkeep and maintenance may have been neglected because the bathroom mirror has many stains.
However, The location is great with many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet is good with a wide variety of foods to choose from.
This is a good place if you just need to sleep, but if you're looking for more, definitely search elsewhere.

Rooms are very spacious and good value for money. Situated right inside the Pratunam market area, therefore ease of access to many shops. A free breakfast is provided and it has a relatively good selection. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar adjacent to it where you can get meals if interested. It is a ten minute walk to the metro station therefore, getting to and from the airport is relatively easy.

Good hotel. If you wanna do shopping, stay there. So many shaping places in a walking distance. Specially hotel bathrooms conditions, reception, morning beak first services should be improved.

It seems is good hotel even if i never been there, but my mother in law always book this hotel for her stay while in business in Thailand and i can recommend to everyone

Good place to stay. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Night and morning shopping markets are just few blocks nearby. Room number 1402 has good Wi-Fi. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ROOM HAS ALL THE ITEMS PROPERLY IN RIGHT QUANTITIES, IF POSSIBLE CHECK THEM WITH A HOTEL STAFF MEMBER BEFORE TAKING THE KEY. OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WHEN CHECKING OUT SAYING THAT YOU STEAL OR DONE SOMETHING TO ITEMS MISSING. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PROVE THAT THOSE WERE NOT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
