A deeply disappointing experience

The staff here were shockingly narrow-minded. From the moment we arrived, there were red flags. I requested an extra blanket, and the staff agreed to bring one. Since we were heading out for the day, I assumed it would be waiting when we returned that night. But it wasn’t. We ended up having to sleep without enough blankets on the first night, which unfortunately caused my wife to fall ill. The next day, not only had they still not provided one, but when we asked again, they informed us that there would be an additional charge to borrow a blanket.

When we first checked in, we were placed in two rooms that clearly had just been painted. The smell of paint was overpowering—so strong that no one could reasonably be expected to sleep in such conditions.

At breakfast, things didn’t improve. Because of certain constraints, my wife and I couldn’t go down to eat at the same time. However, the staff insisted that meals for both guests had to be served at the same time and refused to accommodate a staggered schedule.

I will absolutely never return to this hotel.
