I took a hotel far way from downtown and this hotel is really good. Not big, family business, kindness, and good room. I recommend absolutely to be in the center of Bangkok at a really good price

Front desk was extremely helpful , location literally next to Jay Fai the Michelin restaurant.

Perfects to have a short stay, easy to access for taxi.

Tim Mansion is such a great hotel and I would definitely rate it 10/10 because of the cozy location ( 7-Eleven is in front of the hotel ) and it’s not crowded as some people review beside that it’s so cozy and good to stay after a long day walk in the city 🫶🏻

Otherwise, I love how the room is so clean and comfortable as well within the affordable price 🥰 I have no worries anymore whenever I come to Bangkok.

Last but not least, don’t forget to buy the street food near by the hotel and cozy bar ( pub ) as well such good place.

The only drawbacks of the hotel were its location, which, if you're not planning to catch a bus or taxi, can be a bit of a walk (for older folks) to the nearest train/subway station; in the evening, there are plenty of street vendors with food options, but the mornings are pretty dead. Your breakfast options might come down to the 7-11 across the street.

Room was clean and cozy. Wife and I loved the decor of the entire place, from the lobby to our room. We had an enjoyable time here.

The boat to CentalWorld can get you there in less than 10 minutes.

Small but cozy place. Very comfortable surrounded by decent local food stalls. Super convenient since you can catch a bus, take a boat, grab a taxi/ tuk tuk or go down the underground train. Really recommend.
