BED Nimman - Adults Only

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very basic rooms and simple designs but contains all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It is rare to get the feeling that the hotel/ staff did not just focus on making money as a business but that they truly cared about ensuring their guests have an enjoyable experience and focused on hospitality. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and seemed like they like their job (I forgot his name but especially the young gentleman from Russia). Unlimited bottled water and the hotel breakfast was delicious, had lots of variety, generous portions and I love the fruits. Convenient location in the Nimman area. Well worth the price for the time we travelled (early October).

Just a few suggestions for improvement: I would appreciate more lighting in the room; needs to work on sound proofing as I could easily hear other guests in the hallways; water easily sprayed everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower design and lack of shower curtain

Stuffs are friendly and good at English.
All time provide free coffee, snacks and water.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They'd recommend some local authentic food places away from tourist traps too. The best thing about this place is their daily breakfast. I was expecting a simple spread but it came out in a full buffet, and the quality of the food is amazing. They change their buffet menu every day! Also includes free flow of bottled water and instant noodles where customers can take anytime, making the stay so convenient! Service is impeccable honestly and the rooms are clean. Balcony view is nice too! 10/10 would come back.

This clean, modern and well-appointed hotel is in the Nimman district thus is in walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and stores.

The room was spacious and I loved the view out the large windows. Everything was very clean - the black flooring shows dirt quickly which makes it obvious when it is nice and tidy.

They provide free bottled water and stocked the mini fridge with a few cans of Coke and Sprite. You can also get coffee, tea, hot chocolates and cup noodles from the lobby any time. There was a lot available at the breakfast - plenty of hot dishes such as noodles, frittatas, vegetables, meats, etc., plus a toast bar, sweet treats, sticky rice, and in the cooler yogurt & granola, fresh fruit and juice. Another guest was a vegetarian and it sounded like she had fewer options out of the hot breakfast foods which is a bit unfortunate.

I used the laundry service which was quite affordable (cost me 170 baht for a large bag) and my clothes came out perfectly.

A negative is that the rooms don’t have lounge chairs - just molded plastic chairs to sit at the little desk. I was out and about most of the time and had a second bed that I designated my “lounging area” but this could prove a bit frustrating for long stays.

The hotel was very quiet in that I heard nothing from other guests or from the street. It is close to the airport and I did periodically hear planes overhead. I always travel with earplugs so this didn’t bother me but if you’re averse to earplugs or a very light sleeper this could be a problem for you. I found the bed perfect - firm yet supportive.

The staff was wonderful - extremely helpful and friendly! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Nimman.

I can’t believe some of review before I come here; but everything was correct. First of all, all of staff member are so kind and nice. They will listen your ask and will find best solution for ur trip. We can rent wheelchair with their supports and it helped our trip a lot easier. So… just ask if u need any help. And breakfast menu are so nice and enough to feed up your satisfaction. If u r lucky, staff will bring and share with special menu with your group. And 24 hrs of free water & coffee, instant cup noodle service are so nice as well. I don’t feel any kind of difficult while I’m staying here. Also i really recommend this hotel to all of my friends or anyone who want to travel Chiangmai soon.

Our second time here. The staff makes this hotel, for real! They are super friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is nicely done. The room and the area are well cleaned and organized. The breakfast is so varied and delicious!! 🤤 We love how they want to showcase the Northern Thai cuisine. No more 2 bottles of water each night, because here the water is unlimited, cheers! This hotel will always be our first choice in Chiangmai City for sure! Keep it up, guys! 👏

My week at BED Nimman Hotel was fantastic. All the staff were friendly, and the daily breakfast offerings, featuring a variety of dishes, were superior to those at any other hotel. Being an adults-only facility meant it was never too crowded, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. The 24-hour availability of water, snacks, and coffee machines was also excellent. I would like to express my gratitude to Dmitry and the owner, Jerome, for their assistance during my stay.

What a WONDERFUL Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable especially the bed 🛏️ and pillows....LOVED IT.

The complimentary unlimited bottled water, fruits and snacks were a nice touch as well as the 24hr complimentary coffee machine, tea n hot chocolate...YUMMmmm

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well which offered a nice selection of local and western dishes.

The staff were INCREDIBLE and deserve 2 Thumbs up 👍👍 very attentive, always with a ready smile which made all the difference...

We So Loved our 22 night stay with you in September/October that we can’t wait to come back in two months!!!!! The staff make this hotel! Everyone gets along as though they’re truly working amongst their friends. It creates a great vibe and we were happy to be around it! The room was so comfortable and pretty to spend so much time in. The housekeeping staff are really friendly and very attentive! The waters on every floor and in main lobby along with ice cream and noodle bowls is really generous. Baked goods, thank you creative kitchen staff!!!!! ( especially the Northern Thai sausage thank you Bobby) and the most delicious Thai coffee whenever we wanted one! We felt so welcomed here from all of you and you totally warmed our hearts surprising me with flowers, a staff hand made card and delicious lemon tart on my birthday. We were so touched you took it upon yourselves to simply notice on my passport that we would be there for my bday. You indeed made it quite special. I love this place!! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was a solid meal with good options, there’s a coffee machine with espresso drinks that is available 24/7 and your minibar of water and soda is free. Pool is beautiful and quiet. Walking distance to every type of cuisine you’d like to eat on vacation.
