It's a star hotel with spacious bedrooms in tourism area in Chiang Mai. I stayed here for a week. Pretty surprised to see the spacious bedroom with a bath tub, a pantry, a washing machine. The swimming pool has a sauna and a whirl pool.
Firstly, let's talk about the bottom line. This hotel is ideal for families with children who want to stay in a clean and tidy room with a good breakfast and go on day trips during their stay in Chiang Mai. However, it is located a little far from the night market and old city, about a 10 minute taxi ride. My personal experience with the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it.
It's important to provide a proper space for cleaning staff to rest. Seeing them sitting in a cramped cleaning room was disheartening. They have the right to a fair and decent space to rest. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to enjoy a clean and comfortable hotel, but I believe their working conditions should be improved. All the staff were kind and friendly.
Came here for their breakfast buffet. Many variety of food to chose ( Thai , English ). The food taste good. Bacon is a little rubbery hope they fix this. Service is good too.

Stayed here for 15 nights. Superb service given by the entire staff and they were so friendly. The rooms were quite comfortable. If you want to cook yourself, each and every room provides the necessary items for cooking. Wifi is super fast but sometimes it's lagging. Variety of foods items there for the meals.

In the everage the hotel is good. It is well located, service is very helpful, rooms are spacious. I like the style of the hotel.
But there are some cons: breakfast is very poor 3/5. Every morning at 6 AM staff started do some maintenance and you here everything. The hotel is quite old so there is no soundproof at all. You hear everything around.
A smaller boutique type hotel with a very courteous and efficient staff. Excellent bar service and restaurant close to temples and other attractions.

The accomadation was great and very clean. I can't say a lot about the restaurant as the service was poor and considering we only ordered basic meals from the menu it took around 45 min for one meal to arrive and another 20 min for my wife's meal. Recommend the rooms not the restaurant.

Can't be too helpful with this review because I was just passing through and not an overnight guest, but from a location standpoint, I believe the Eastin is ideal. I say that specifically because it's across the street from Maya Shopping Center and in a great neighborhood. I will be very interested in staying there the next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

Great place to stay but found the room door doesn't lock when going out if you hold the handle in the open position for more that 5 seconds. I feel this is a serious security issue and there needs to be a notice in the room to check the room is locked when leaving it. . Other gripe is its impossible to get warm or hot fried eggs at breakfast time.

A decent place to stay in Chiang Mai that is centrally located, and in the Nimman district. Within walking distance to a lot of unique cafés, coffee shops and malls. Reasonably priced too. If your breakfast isn't included in your package, purchasing it separately is quite expensive and you can find better value at nearby cafés.
The hotel has good service, friendly and polite staff, good food (breakfast is served everyday until 10a.m). The rooms are not so big but clean and well-equipped. The room shower water pressure is weak in the room no.16 we stayed in. The shower room tile feels cheap and drain is uncomfortably loud.

Right next door to Cheevadee and it is beautiful. We were accommodated with no reservation on Valentine’s Day for dinner!! The scene was amazing. Had my fiancé not proposed the week before pretty sure this would have been the spot. Candle light, string ensemble playing in the background, food was really delicious with a special treat at the end. Overall just awesome!
One of the best places in Chiang Mai. The hotel is just marvelous, a perfect example of a boutique hotel done right. Great design, impeccable attention to detail and seamless service without too much fuss. You cannot take a bad photo here as everything is a beautiful backdrop.

The Rachamankha Hotel is an oasis of peace in Chiang Mai, and you feel relaxed from the moment you step inside. The rooms have an air of understated elegance, the inner yards, the lounge and the pool are also incredible.

Stayed for one night by myself on 8 June 2023 in the deluxe double room. Surprisingly I was the only guest there that day. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly guy who guided me slowly through the check in process.

The executive suite was very quiet. I am sensitive to noise but I couldnt hear any noise from the next door. The room was nicely decorated but the view was bad unless we opened the wooden door. The Front Desk was not operating professionally. It seems that the plant around the resort was unattended.
