Our experience with this hotel was pretty bad for.the following reasons:
We book a room next to the pool and instead we had a room on the second floor. The rooms are not like the pics and the mattress was too hard. And we asked is all was ok after the floods and they told us yes....but this wasnt true since the full street remmains full of mud
The worst part was they told us we can go free of change ( cancelling officially in booking.com free of charge) but we had to pay them 2000bath by Cash.

Great hotel, would recommend solo travellers to stay here. My room was amazing, this does not seem like a 3* hotel deffo worth 4*. The team here are great, always happy to help, if I ever come back to Chiang Mai I would definitely come back to Celosia.

We stayed with a large group the whole month in this hotel. It is absolutely recommended for long stays ! I stayed in building A and the rooms are top notch ! The only possible add on could be a closet, as now everything needed to lay on a bench. Other than that great.
The service is absolutely amazing, especially Win was always very happy and friendly to us. You get helped with everything, which is amazing. The cleaning staff is always friendly and do their job as well, as the rooms and hotel are very clean. The only downside with the service is the breakfast lady. The breakfast lady did not crack one smile during the whole month and was often very rude or deciding that she didn't want to make breakfast. Other than that, really good !

A place I recommend to stay in Chiang Mai. I want to thank the celosia staff and Win especially for the top service. I give less stars because I found a cockroach in my room ( so please pay more attention to that) . Otherwise I didn’t see many bad things. I Recommend a stay here because of the helpful staff especially. Thank you! 🙏

Very friendly, helping and welcoming staff, but the rooms were not up to standard. We expected more for the price and were disappointed when we arrived. We lived in Building C and the rooms were dated (what to expect for the price), the sheets were clean, the bed comfy. Unfortunately the bathroom was really dirty, not cleaned properly for a long time. There was dirt, mold and hair and even an old towel from previous guest as well as old and yellow-dirty sandals (probably for us to wear..?!). The staff made the stay worth it, they even tried to clean the bathroom, but it needs a little more frequent attention. The area was really nice, close to the river and many nice restaurants, cafés and shops.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. The pool is really nice and well maintained. The only thing that let's it down, is that the mattress on the bed was really hard.

We loved this place, perfectly situated, quiet at night, clean, great pool, great breakfast, great staff, can't speak highly enough about this place and it's staff.

For the budget a really good hotel. Every day refill of water and Coffee. Free pool usage and friendly stuff. Had multiple stay’s there and would go there again. And you are close to some good local markets ;)

Super nice private rooms next to the Celosia main Hotel. You can be relaxed and chill with almost no noise! And when u want you can walk 100m to the main hotel pool that is free often!
Washing clothes for free, fast WiFi, Queen size beds, free hot and cold water... The personal is just lovely. Really satisfied with my week here!

1) Surprised by the place. Rooms are quite big and clean. Nice swimming pool. Very quiet place. A few restaurants near the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the night bazaar.
Be careful if coming by car, the entry is very narrow.
We paid 600 bath per night with is the right price for this place, no breafast at all.
2) saw prices over 1'000 bath. It's hight season those prices could seem cheap for tourists, but are in fact too high for what are offered.
