Very charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, central but very quiet. Free snacks and drinks replenished daily. My only complaints would be that there was no elevator (my room was up 3 flights of stairs), having to take shoes off before entering, and there was a window above the bed which would shine light directly into my eyes in the morning, even with the curtains closed.

Good location, great service/people, clean, free bikes, included breakfast and tea time snacks.
Not too good: smell in the bathroom, tiny sink not easy to use, pigeons in the pool area, small high windows in room

- the friendly staff
- free water and snacks
What is not good:
- horrible equipment in the room, very small windows, sink is A4 paper size, you can't fit in the toilet or the shower if you're taller than 1m70, no hot water, light switch in all the wrong places, bad pillows, AC stops when you leave the room
- weird strong and sweet smell in the room
- they write down your credit card number for deposit (!?) and need to go and check the room before you leave
- no shoes in the hotel
There are plenty of hotels in Chiang Mai, I suggest you go somewhere else.

I loved this hotel, it has such a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. It is very small but has a gym and a pool, and free snacks and water. The cleaning was excellent too. I asked the front desk to organise a driver for visiting temples at a short notice and they arranged it perfectly.

Great location, people were really nice and helpful, I had a great time.
The bathroom had a weird smell but nothing crazy.

Great service from the reception ( Anh ) to the back of the house. Location is okay. Quiet

Permanent bad smell in the bathroom due to the drain of the building. Most stupid sink of all time in the bathroom. Small faucet not easy to use. Pressure is weak for shower. Little bit hot water. Mosquitos in the room. Pillow are extremely hard.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was amazing with us, so nice. They helped us about everything, booking tours, booking grab to go to the airport, making copies for visa... Can't thank them enough.

We could choose our room when we arrived, very cool. The room was very spacious, the bed huge and very confortable.
The location was perfect, very close to everything and also just a bit remote, so perfectly quite. The pool was a little too cold for me, but it was very peaceful to get some rest around.
