Our stay at Cozytel was value for money: simple but clean hotel, centrally located and a small swimming pool that really helped us cool down after hot days. Free bikes were a great option to mover around, although very basic.
Rooms were clean and AC worked very well (it's even possible to schedule when to start and stop it). Laundry next to the hotel was very convenient.
There are for sure more luxury hotels, but this one was perfect your our budget and we would recommend it.

Charming and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring the Old City. All staff were friendly and helpful

Exactly as advertised. Clean rooms in a great location. The pool is nice too when you want to cool down. On our first day, we were heading out for a walk and the staff at the front desk ran after us with an umbrella. It was clear skies, but we took the umbrella anyways. 10 minutes later, it was downpour! He was looking out for us, we appreciated this. Overall great attention to the guests. Safe and quiet neighborhood with a laundry mat next door.

The staff is wonderful. Our room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The pool and lounge area were clean. Near many cafes, restaurants, and the Three Kings Monument, which is where many tours start. Had our laundry done using the hotel laundry service and they did a good job. Dropped off the laundry in the morning and picked up in the evening. Highly recommend.

Really comfortable and cozy rooms with Poolside view and weather was really good. Definitely recommend for a short 2-3 day trip. Friendly staff and quite neighbourhood. Sunday night bazaar was at walkable distance. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

Pleasant hotel. Room was good and clean. Didn't use the pool but it was cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and helpful

Very nice staff and we had a nice room with a balcony. The pool isn't very warm but we still enjoyed it. Good food and coffee down the street at the Inner Cafe and the massage parlor across the street was nice.

I stayed in this hotel back in October.
Very nice hotel, we were greeted with a big smile, we did arrive early and was able to leave our bags at the hotel and to be fair to them they did manage to get us to our rooms before our check in time which was great.
Nice pool in the middle of the hotel, which was never busy.
Everything was within a 10/15 minute walk which we found very helpful.

Highly recommend staying at Cozytel!
We’ve been there for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The whole staff is extremely kind and helpful. The pool is quite cold, but perfect for a little refreshment! Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool, so we could easily relax at the pool / on the sunbeds or on our patio. There never were many people around the pool, so there wasn’t much noise in our room.
The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable (unless you prefer a hard mattress).
The location of the hotel maybe is as central as possible in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. There are plenty of spots to get breakfast, (street)food, massages or some small shops within walking distance.
Despite the central location of the hotel, it’s located in a very quiet street, even when there were night markets or the big festivities of Loy Krathong.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always did their best to help us. The hotel was nicely decorated with beautiful paintings. There is a nice swimming pool for relaxing. Room was spacious, cozy and clean. Location is excellent, very central but still quiet. If you are looking for a nice hotel in the middle of Chiang Mai old town, I would highly recommend this hotel
