The location is super convenient, right in the old city, so I could walk to most places like the night market, and lots of good food spots nearby.
The room wasn’t that huge, but it was spacious enough and nicely set up. The bed was really soft and comfortable, and the aircon worked well without being noisy. I also used the pool, it’s not big but it’s a nice place to relax after being out in the heat.
The staff were friendly and polite, always smiling and happy to help. They helped me book a local tour and gave me a map with some good tips. Overall, it felt quiet and safe. Very satisfied

The hotel was such a great find! The location is excellent, close to everything but still peaceful. My room was beautiful and bigger than expected, and the pool was very crystal clear and absolutely stunning. The gentleman on reception was friendly and welcoming: even recommended lots of great places to visit during our trip. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was super comfortable, clean, and quiet at night. I had a balcony, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings.
The location is so convenient, close to restaurants, cafes, night markets, massage places, and even a convenience store. The free bike rentals were great and made exploring the area really easy.
The pool is big, and while I didn’t swim, I enjoyed relaxing on a sunbed by the pool

The room wasn’t the best cleaned. The shower had a left over razor, and dirty thick dirt at the bottom of the tiles.

Good location, near to Sunday night market and Chiang Mai gate. The hotel staffs are very friendly, we accidently flush the toilet paper, and cause the toilet stuck. The staff was respond quickly and solve the issue. Will come back again when we visit Chiang Mai.

The hotel is super nicely decorated and really quiet, which is great because it’s right in the center but on a street that’s not too busy. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was big, and the sofa was super comfy and came in handy. The water pressure in the shower was really strong, which is hard to find in the old city. The whole place, inside and out, was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool was always clean and nice to relax by. Honestly, everything was perfect. Big thanks to the awesome staff

Our stay at Cozytel was value for money: simple but clean hotel, centrally located and a small swimming pool that really helped us cool down after hot days. Free bikes were a great option to mover around, although very basic.
Rooms were clean and AC worked very well (it's even possible to schedule when to start and stop it). Laundry next to the hotel was very convenient.
There are for sure more luxury hotels, but this one was perfect your our budget and we would recommend it.

We had a superb experience staying at Cozytel Chiangmai! The room was impressively large, providing plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the consistent water temperature in the shower, which made for a pleasant and comfortable experience every day. The front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. With such a wonderful experience, we will definitely book again when we return to Chiangmai!
