All staffs are readily to help and very friendly to talk with. Might be quite dark when going back during night time, but here is very very very safe (yes very safe) and it is surrounded by the local neighbourhood, so it is quiet during the night.
They provide free mineral water too, and their breakfast is tasty. Definitely a nice hotel to visit second time for your trip.

The hotel is situated not far from the old city walls and down a nice quiet road free from traffic. The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming and asked what you would like to eat for breakfast in the morning as it is freshly prepared for you. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day. You can help yourself to water or in the fridge at reception anytime of the day. The tv has an android tv stick plugged in so you can log into your Netflix or prime account.

Hidden little gem!
Had the best accommodation experience of my 1-month stay in Thailand.
Great vibe in tune with the city, easy going staff, a complete breakfast experience and convenient location, reaching the old inner city in minutes.
Greatly enjoyed the ground floor lounge in the evenings and the room was spacious and cozy.
One of the highlights of my stay and Greta value for money.

What an amazing place to stay,very quiet ,very close to Night market,just on the border of old town,great service ,very clean and comfortable rooms,pool we used every day after tours to make laps,and complimentary fruits and,water,coffee,tea just brilliant,highly recommend

Beautiful place in a great location next to Old City, Night Market and renovated area of canal. Staff is amazing and facilities are clean. Complimentary water, fruits and sweets.

Crew hotel is located in the old city. There are a restaurants, massages, wats, night market nearby and can be accessed within walking distance. The room is sparkling clean, water, snacks are complimentary , you can get the free water anytime. The breakfast variety is good, it did surprise me. The staff are very friendly and attentive. they can speak well in English and Mandarin. It is easy to call grab. I will definitely stay at Crew again. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and cleaned daily very well. Breakfast had some food options. The hotel is located near many dining options. Access to Grab is easy and affordable to go around chiang mai, easy for tours to pick you up. It's also very close to the airport, about 15 minutes. I liked the smart tv availability, although the tv was a bit complicated to operate sometimes, not straightforward with the two remotes. Room size was good and could accommodate luggage and still had space to move around. Staff were great.
Cons-Mattress and pillows were hard, that's just our personal preference, though. we prefer softer Mattress and pillows
-The room didn't have a view of the neighbourhood ,just the back of a house, which made it feel a bit closed in. Adding a balcony would help with that.
- bathroom didn't have counter space, which wasn't convenient,products had to be stored elsewhere in the room
- the aircon didn't spread across the room well, just concentrated in one area, which fortunately was aimed at the bed area

There’s a reason that this hotel has so many 5 star reviews. Absolutely loved our stay here! Rooms are clean and comfy, the location is great and very walkable. But most of all the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back next time!

Stayed for 7 nights in Chiang Mai. The location is very good, near to all the hustle bustle of the city. Breakfast was really good, the Asian selection was really good, 👍 up to the Chef. From the stir fry Spaghetti thai style, Pad mee sua all spot on
The complimentary self service bottled water was really good gesture, there is communal area available.
Room + amenities :
We stayed in duplex suite, the ac was either too cold and when you adjust it was too warm ( totally understand since the room size is quite big in order to get the room cold ) so our trick was to wear light jumper. All good
Staff : big shout to Yok, Nong and Juli for their service + hospitality especially after i addressed my concerns regarding my neighbour's who kept on slamming the door in the middle of the night, and their screaming kids.
The front office staff were accomodating and valued my complaint, they kept on apologising and they booked us an airport cab complimentary, really appreciate it
Verdict : will i return? Probably yes

I was a little hesitant to believe all the raving online reviews, but Crew Hotel lives up to every single positive comment it’s received! The vibe here is so welcoming, and the staff? Super friendly! I couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere—it's spotless. They go above and beyond, seriously. Complimentary water, fruits, juice, you name it. And breakfast? Excellent! No repeats and so thoughtfully prepared! Plus, there’s a coffee and tea machine that’s available in the communal area! Plush towels, a selection of toilet amenities, room slippers, soda in the mini fridge, hairdryer… I could go on and on! Bottom line: Believe the hype and make that booking!
