I have stayed here 3 times over the years. The location is outstanding and almost anything a tourist could want (from day trips to motor bikes to good shopping/outdoor markets to high quality massage treatments to memorable eating) are all within close proximity. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are above-average (especially for the hotel price). I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, especially if you have a limited time to enjoy your stay in Chiang Mai. I've stayed in a few other hotels in the city, but this one offers (by far) the most convenience. The rooms are a good size, clean, well-designed, and comfortable. I'd like to add that the laundry service is affordable & fairly quick (no need to carry dirty clothes along on your trip). If you decide to give the place a whirl, I hope enjoy a wonderful stay.

Visited August 2023 and would recommend this hotel when visiting Chiang Mai. We forgot to take pictures of the room but it was spacious and clean even though a little dated. It was within walking distance to the night markets. There's a spa, restaurant, and tourist info as well.

Don’t stay here during raining season. When sudden flood happened, the hotel management unable to get transport for you to leave the hotel. Reception counter pushing responsibility and told us to wait at lobby for rescue while other hotels nearby already managed to get boats and trucks to send their guests out from flooded area. We end up need to beg other local Thai people to help us out.

Good location, tasty breakfast with vegetarian options. Well behaved staff. Facilities like indian restaurant, money exchange,7Eleven shop,massage parlor are available just in front of the Hotel.

Might be the hotel in Chiang Mai with the best location compared to all after dark activities like night bazar, bar area and a lot of restaurants. 7/11 is also just across the street. Nice big and clean rooms. Not new but still in very decent condition. Good air condition, very good bathrooms and showers and comfortable beds. Very big pool area with a neat view of the mountains and a huge breakfast buffet literally containing everything you need. I had some problems checking in but they were solved, unfortunately not without a bit of an argument. This should not be necessary in a hotel like this but unfortunately it was. Anyways I would still come back here as the hotel is very nice.

Fantastic location for bars and markets however it's all very dated and in need of refurbishment.
The pool is amazing though and they have a very good gym, it's got its own membership so is quite busy with non hotel guests throughout the day.

Very nice rooms. Large size and good views. Very good air con. Hotel staff very friendly. Very nice pool area but water quite dirty. Very disappointed with pricing policy. Stayed for 5 nights and wanted to extend stay by 2 days. 1 extra night was full rate. They don't do any deal with you to keep you extra nights, despite not having many guests. So I paid for one more night, now staying in another hotel. They could have easily honoured the rate I paid for extra nights and keep me as a guest but no... Makes no business sense.

Nice, but rooms are a little dated. I did not have any problems but in the 5 minutes that I was checking in there were two different customers with problems. One who's reservation was not found and another who's door cards stopped working for the 3rd time. Service here was very good and the Cafe' has excellent coffe, cappuccino, and espresso.

Like a goast-hotel, nearly empty because of no tourist due to covid-19, normally fully packed with Chinese. Hotel needs some maintaining too old inside.

Hotel is pretty good and although some areas are dated, it looked like they were making improvements.
Breakfast is ok.
Rooms were clean and well kept.
Our biggest issue was with our reservation, they seem (admittedly) to have issues between themselves and third party booking websites. After 30 minutes on the phone and trying to figure out who was to blame, the hotel finally made it right.
It has some nice amenities but the jacuzzi/ hot tub needs desperate upkeep.
Pool is nice, but filled with local members as well.
During Covid and with a discounted price, for sure worth it. Not sure if I’d pay full price for this place or not.
Breakfast is ok.
