Lavana Hotel Chiangmai

Lovely Hotel quiet rooms with lovely decor. Huge beds. Very helpful staff helped us with motorbikes and laundry. Also helped us with clothing we forgot in room at check-out and sent us a grab to the airport! Beautiful refreshing pool good to soak after a hot walk through the city.

Best location. On Sunday walking street (so road closed for cars from 3pm every Sunday). Opposite- Good Kitchen thai food, massage next door. Room is of good design with luggage rack, bathrobe, slippers but no bathtube. Nice reception. Got a gift set when I checked out.

Very pleasant and beautiful hotel in the middle of the old city. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, and tastefully decorated in traditional Thai style. Beds and pillows are very comfortable too. There's also a resident singer who sings a wide repertoire of songs every night (I think).

Breakfast is very reasonable considering the price. Coffee is a bit weak but award winning Ahka Ama coffee is directly across the street.

Incredible value, will stay again if return to Chiang Mai.

We were here for five nights and loved it here! Staff are very friendly! The front desk young boy is very kind and super-helpful. Excellent location for food, shops, night markets, massages. Definitely will stay here again.💯

Sensational! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean amd new with complimentary snacks and drinks. Staffs are friendly and professionally trained. They also provide an airport shuttle bus that makes our life so much easier. One thing I need to say is "the bed is extremely comfortable that we would love to take home!"

Location is perfect, we can access to lots of places within walking distance particularly the Sunday walking street, just right in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back and recommend our friends! Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

First time, stayed here I was impressed, great atmosphere! room was so nice and cleaned I really do love the bed that very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, nice location good spot to go around the city and just next steps to the night street market! Love it. Definitely see you again!!!

Lovey stay, friendly staff and beautifully clean room. The most comfortable bed during our thailand trip! Breakfast wasn’t great, a bit cold and options limited, although the coffee was amazing!

Lavana was amazing in every aspect. Perfect location. Right in the middle of Chiang Mai. You can walk to tons of temples, restaurants, museums, and shops. Beautiful rooms. Very clean and new. Safe, robes, slippers and complimentary snacks and water. Wonderful friendly staff. Peach was really really kind and gracious and super helpful. Thank you Peach! Their restaurant was really great quality as well! We couldn’t have asked for more!

Excellent location and friendly staff.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate for this special occasion. We were surprised by a beautiful swan design surrounded by rose petals on the bed, a wonderful rose petal bath and were even offered everything for free in the minibar!

We felt very welcome and the hotel provided us with a free shuttle service from the airport.

The only downside was the breakfast buffet where the options were quite limited and the food cold.

However there were plenty of food options around the hotel and a currency exchange bureau offering the best rates we have come across in Thailand.

Highly recommend.
