Great little hotel with lovely, clean rooms. Good wifi at 65 Mbps. A huge parking area and numerous food outlets are nearby. Very good price in the hotel's laundry. Good coffee and the breakfast looks very tasty. Very helpful staff who lent us umbrellas.

Ideal location,near all restaurants and city,very quiet ,the staff are all good and helpful,the buffet style breakfast is well worth 195 bht lots to choose from,then from 11am coffee and cake are free,which is a bonus, Rooms are a desent size good fridge, Beds are hard but you get used to it,pillows good,,,house Keeping every day if needed,plus laundry 24hr,60bht a kilo RECOMENDED HOTEL

I think slightly more expensive for rooms but the breakfast is really good. Only issue is the wifi. It's horrible! Other than that I recommend for the price, food and helpful staff

I do not recommend taking this hotel at all. The bed is made of boards, the air conditioner is noisy, there is no view, the location is bad. The old city is only for pinseiners.

Hotel Montha is a nice hotel located nears bars and restaurants on Lois Kroh Road. It suited me well. Good service, friendly staff and a good location. Unfortunately on my last day there was flooding as the nearby river overflowed. I was able to leave ok, I can't say how the hotel staff treated the situation since I left before it got worse. I may stay again because I like the location.

First off reception/cleaning staff and location are 5* they even have a free bike rental and mini gym.
Room: Outdated a bit. Bed is quite firm. Staff did their best to make it softer for me. But woke up with back pains.
Location: it's next to THE LOCALS hotel. (also stayed there) Easily walkable to the night markets

I’ve visited Chiang Mai over twenty times and the Monthra Hotel is a perfect place to stay. Great value for my money. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. Walking distance between Old Town and the Night Market. Overall it is a comfortable place while in Chiang Mai

Great hotel, if partying is your thing the location is perfect that's the only reason I gave the location 3 stars. Everything else was awesome!!! Staff was very friendly and took care of your room really good

Everything so far so gd but now trip booking price is expensive than walk in price 😕..end up make the hotel is more expensive than all around same level hotel ...even more expensive than the other app...
