* Side note: Muan Hotel does not have an elevator, so guests will need to climb some stairs to access their rooms. The staircase is well-kept and complements the hotel’s cozy design, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns.

First time in Chiang Mai, so our first hotel. No complaints. Room is on the old style side, but nice. Large round tub in the bathroom. Quaint is how I would describe it.

I stayed at Muan Hostel for 4 nights. I was happy with the 24 hour help desk which made it easy to ask questions early in the morning. It has the best central location and it was close to a bus stop to and from the airport. It is connected to a really nice restaurant who luckily took credit cards on my last night in Chiang Mai with no cash. The beds have privacy curtains and the bathroom was cleaned regularly. One of the best hostels I stayed in Thailand. Thanks for a great stay!

Muan hostel is cosy, clean, close to everything and the most estetic pleasing hostel i have stayed in. The people in the reseption are kind and so helpful with good tips about what to do and see inn and around chiang mai.
I was going to stay here for five days but my stay only got prolongen by every passing day. And in the end i stayed here for ca 20 days. Celebrating both Christmas and New year here by tha phae gate.

Im going to miss all the kind people in the reseption and behind the bar. Btw their thai soymilk tea is exselent 👌

Is the best hostel I have ever been, there is everything you can need, is very clean, beautiful and confortable, I gave them the highest mark in hostel world

Very nice hostel with comfortable beds and great showers. Breakfast was good and more extensive than a usual hostel breakfast including eggs, sticky rice and French toast. Location is very central. Only downside was it would have more communal space. Overall I'd recommend the hostel to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds. It's probably one of my favorite hostels. We really enjoyed our stay here.
