A bit old style hotel but clean and functional, The mattress to be improved…

Good location

Nice big rooms. Comfortable beds. Kettle but no cups or tea or coffee - it would be nice to add that. Close to the old town and lots of food options close by. Pool was nice. Improve the breakfast - all the food was cold.

One of the older hotels in Chiang Mai but many things still make this a nice hotel to stay in.
Location is great.
The staff are extremely nice and friendly.
Good pool and gym.
I stayed in a very clean and comfortable room which was quiet and had a nice view.

This hotel is extremely good value for money. It is full of art, beautiful furniture, and has an ornate feel. Gym and pool are free of charge to use for guests and it has a restaurant and a cafe. Rooms were spacious and well kept and had lots of old/ vintage dark wood furniture. Staff were helpful and friendly and happy to assist with my luggage

All is decent, clean room and very quiet. Seems like this hotel quite old and many people come with their families I recommend you if you come with many people. Swimming pool is awesome! Recommend

Have completed gym facilities, 7 eleven just in front hotel. Walking distance to shopping mall.

The hotel appears to be one of the older establishments in the city, with a rich history of hosting dignitaries in its prime. Despite its age, it has been well-maintained. My room was spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded from a twin room to a king-size bed, as I was staying alone. If you’ve stayed in hotels from the early 2000s, the nostalgic carpeted hallways and rooms will remind you of that era. While it may not be to everyone’s taste, I personally appreciated the vintage charm.

The location is quite convenient, with good cafes, a night market, and a mall within walking distance. Being situated along the main road makes it easy to grab dinner at the night market and return to the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and spoke both intelligible English and Mandarin.

I managed to book the room at an excellent rate, so my experience here exceeded expectations. If I were on vacation, I would have happily extended my stay for a relaxing staycation.
