The room is quite big, the facilities are old, and the mattress is seriously collapsed.

The room is a bit old. The cleaning is not very good. The TV is not clear. The refrigerator is very old. The good thing is that it is near a lot of places to eat. It is in the city, so it is convenient to go anywhere.

The family suite has a double bed and two single beds. It is very spacious. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and it is very close to the ancient city:)

It was such an old building that it felt like it wasn't managed at all. The cleaning was the worst, and I didn't want to sit on the toilet. There were stains, hair, and dust on the bed covers and blankets, so it felt uncomfortable for the entire two days I stayed there. The air conditioner was also broken, so when I went out and came back and turned it on, it wasn't cool at all, so I called the staff several times and got service, but it only worked when the staff checked it, and when I went out and came back and turned it on again, it wasn't cool at all. This was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in, including all the domestic and international hotels. I hope Trip.com will check the hotel conditions and post about them in the future. Thank you for your hard work.

This hotel, like so many in this city, is a few years past its prime. It looks like they are trying to keep it up, with colorful paint and designs, but its old and fading fast. The price is cheap for a standard room, but you will get what you pay for. Not dirty, but not super clean. The room was large, but basically empty. There were two padded chairs and a low table, but no desk for working. No safe box. Kettle with coffee and water was provided. Bathroom had a tub with hot water, but not enough pressure to flow from the shower at head-height. To wash my hair I had to be on my knees. Also there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom sink. Bed was large and linens clean, but it was the standard super firm mattress preferred in this country. AC unit was set to 20 with full fan, and the remote was not able to change settings, so I did the on/off dance all night, too cold then too hot. Wifi was passable for email but not for streaming. It wasn't all bad, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a comfortable seating area in the lobby, and the location was decent, with a few good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Massage shops too, both black and white style. Large car park was a bonus. It's just that you need to be aware of what you are getting for your money. I know they offer long term stays here, but honestly one night was enough.

While it is undeniable The Pacific Cool Chic has seen better days, the general comfort of the hotel is fine. Yes it could do with a little makeover to compete in the social media level of desirability, however we stayed during Yee Ping/ Loi Krathong & found the location to be great, just outside of the old city but perfectly walkable with many amenities close to the hotel too. What makes this place great is the staff, so welcoming, friendly & nothing too big to ask for. We asked for extra pillows and had then within minutes and they let us store our bags in the staff area after we checked out. Our room was refreshed every day without us having to ask and there was water/ shampoo/ soap etc replenished even if we hadn’t used the last set.

The room is relatively large and the corridor is relatively clean, but the hygiene in the room is poor. Many small bugs bite almost every corner of the room and wake me up in the middle of the night. There is a stove in the room. The room is very greasy. The network is very weak.

The front desk was very welcoming but didn't notice that smoking was not allowed in the room.
When I checked out, the front desk told me that I wasn't allowed to smoke and didn't fine me any money.

Come to Chiang Mai every time and stay here. Convenient, comfortable, good service staff. convenient parking The security system is good. There are 7-11 near many restaurants.
