We had a wonderful stay! The room was surprisingly large and spotless, much appreciated after a long journey. Little touches like the free shampoo, soap, snacks, and coffee really made a difference. The inclusion of a microwave and a water heater was a huge plus a rarity in hotels, and incredibly convenient. But what truly stood out was the staff; everyone was so welcoming and helpful, making our stay extra enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is a good place. After reading the reviews, I was concerned about the noise, but it didn’t bother me at all, and I’m quite sensitive to sounds. The fridge was noisy, but you don’t need to turn it on, so it’s not an issue. The rooms were clean, but it’s quite an old place, so you can’t expect too much. You can easily leave your luggage or have a delivery sent to the reception without any problem.

It was a decent stay, a value for money. I wish staff were more communicated, they should tell the guest that the room would only be cleaned if the "cleaning" sign was hanged by the guest. The location is ok - lots of good places nearby. I dont have much problem with noise as mentioned in other reviews. Will consider staying here again if i go to Chiang Mai again.

Whoever built this place had no knowledge about soundproofing. Even normal conversation in the room next to you or above you can be heard. Very annoying!
The amenities in the room are okay. However, a hotel like this and for this price, should provide some breakfast (even if only Khao Tom!), but there is none.
Overall rating: NOT RECOMMENDED.

This place has a lot of potential, however the cleaners seem to be extremely lazy… Room not very clean with lots of black mould everywhere in the bathroom

This is a very good place friendly clean supportive staff. It’s just not too convenient for walks to shopping or to food except there is a 7-Eleven within 20 m that’s about it. Everything else you need to order a driver to take you places.

The hotel was okay. It’s quite old, but it’s a solid option for a low price. The area is decent, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center. The air conditioning was clean, and there were no issues with leaving luggage.

Room is good for the price, however missing basic things. They do not provide shower gel. The location is too far away from centre.

Hotel is situated in good location and in the piece are of the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. I think bedsheets are a bit old, but they are clean. Room was cleaned daily. Do not expect much for such an available price in a touristy city. In general, we had very good stay. I recommend.
