Pros: room cleaning twice a week Mondays and Thursdays. Towels provided. Shampoo sachets provided. Small bath soaps provided. Toilet roll provided. Free water given each day. 5th floor gets bottled water, 2nd floor gets glass bottled water.
Cons: currently being renovated so expect banging every day 08:30 - 18:30 even on Sundays.

Fantastic budget hotel, especially for the solo traveler! I liked it better than Amora. Has a balcony and cats!

Nice hotel, needs a lick of paint, but great for the price, not too far from the city centre shopping - eating etc.

Nice hotel. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are clean. The front desk man is friendly and informative. Also, housekeeping stops by every day.
However, there is no breakfast (but there are plenty of restaurants nearby), and you may get no view at all. Our balcony was walled up completely.

I lived here from June-September 2022 and again in August 2023. This hotel is a charming place to stay and an excellent value.
The rooms are recently renovated and spotlessly clean. The towels and bedsheets are changed regularly, and there is a laundry shop just across the street for your clothing. Just a 2 minute walk to the west, you can find many great local restaurants. The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring Chiang Mai.
The hotel itself is quite large and surrounds an inner courtyard with two pools, a sitting area, and a gazebo. You can also climb to the roof and view the city.
The employees are helpful and speak good English.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I'm looking forward to staying here every time I'm in Chiang Mai.

The staff were very friendly. Hotel is in good walking distance to the main square. The bed was comfy and balcony view was nice. Pool was good.

Like that they have kept the old style like in the old days. Was here over 30 years ago and everything is the same. What I missed was the restaurant with the night club on the street level. So it's much quieter now. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Can highly recommend to stay and affordable hotel.
